Pros:

Very nice room with beautiful view of the harbor. They even put a christmas tree in the room and hot cocoa 😊 very good breakfast with lots of variety. The reception staff was very attentive and helped with making the stay wonderful!.

Cons:

Could do with renovation in the hallways. Music in the breakfast room was quite loud. I only wanted to have my room cleaned once in six days and they didn't do it because shortness of staff over christmas. I felt that was not a good excuse.

Was expecting a higher floor. The lack of privacy through the glass bathroom is annoying given passing boats are almost in your face.

Udsigten og beliggenhed. Morgenmaden var super lækker og havde et godt udvalg

Cons:

House keeping gjorde ikke rent/skiftede håndklæder mv. før meget sent på dagen, og flere dage måtte vi selv efterspørge håndklæder da house keeping ikke havde været forbi selvom klokken var efter kl 15 to af dagene

Pros:

Close to everything. We ate dinner at the Fish market - delicious! but pricey. We walked to the funicular - maybe 10 minutes away. We walked around town.

Great place to start our adventure.
Pros:

The hotel location, the hotel itself. Receptionists were friendly, patient and professional. The room was excellent and amazingly clean. Comfy bed, great view. Fantastic food. Loved the Christmas decorations. Beautiful. Thank you :)

Cons:

Chaos in the hallway with all the groups of check in and out guests shouting and being pushy and rude. Cracked and wet beer glass at the dinner. Was told the hotel is a walking distance to a Hurtigruten terminal, yet not with our heavy big suitcases. Uber helped. There is a rotten plank of wood by the hotel entrance.

Great for a short stay.
Pros:

Close to sights, harbour and city. Comfortable beds. Ok shower pressure. Breakfast pretty good. Friendly staff.

Comodo, buena ubicacion y buenas vistas (opcion)
Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente (muy cerca del centro y de los puntos turisticos mas importantes). Excelentes vistas (pedimos esta opcion en el booking). El buffet del desayuno variado y con buenas vistas desde el comedor.

Cons:

Se nota que es un hotel orientado al business y con algunos servicios y caracteristicas orientadas a los viajes de trabajo mas que a los turistas. El sábado quedo constatado este hecho al no haber ya la mayoria de los "clientes-business".
Los de recepcion un poco faltos de amabilidad y de vocacion de servicio con las preguntas "turisticas"
