Pros:

The rooms are big and spacious. The TV is adequate size and the kitchenette is a plus as well.

Cons:

The main door wouldn't lock and two homeless people entered the premises and were sitting under the stairs. I was travelling with family which includes 5 girls and they felt unsafe. I raised it with the property managers but first they said that the homeless people were just guests, which was a lie. They refused to take any accountability.
Once I asked them why the door is not locking they provided me with 5 different excuses and never accepted the responsibility to fix it.
I would not recommend using them as they dint treat safety seriously.

Muito bom.
Pros:

Apesar de ser na rua dos cabarés, tem uma localização muito boa. A mini cozinha ajuda muito, o forno que também é microondas é muito útil. Chuveiro muito bom. E foi muito bom ter além da mesa da cozinha, mais uma mesinha pro computador.

Cons:

Não tinha pano de louça, copo de cerveja e travessas que pudessem ir ao forno.

Agradable a dins, curiós a fora.
Pros:

Un bon apartament amb instal·lacions netes i noves, tot i ser una casa antiga. Molt ben equipada per estar-hi bastants dies. Néta, ordenada i amplia.
Molta proximitat al transport i al centre històric i comercial.

Cons:

Accedir amb CLAU després del primer accés amb mòbil seria bo. Has d'assegurar sempre tindre bateria.
La situació: No ens va passar res pero un día al entrar de nit hi havia 2 persones DINS del portal (ja que mai han arreglat la porta del carrer) segurament fent intercanvi de substàncies. Molts grups de gent extranya al sortir al carrer.

Potser sonorament no està molt aïllada amb els pisos superiors pero son terres de fusta i és comprensible, res greu.

Cons:

Die Tür lies sich mit meinem Handy nicht öffnen weil der Aufschieberegler mit der ganzen Seite sich verschob. Glücklicherweise ging es mit einem anderen Handy. Außerdem fehlte der Rauchmelder nicht an der Decke.

It’s good but watch out
Pros:

Really good condition and comfortable

Cons:

The location is a lot a bit weird. It’s really close to the Center plaza which is good but is on the bad side. The apartment is in the red light district of Nuremberg. It’s safe but you need to watch your self a bit because you see on the street a lot of drug junkies. You walk on the sidewalks and all you see is red light stores and used needles with blood.

Pros:

La posizione è fantastica, veramente vicino alla metro e nella città vecchia a due passi da molte attrazioni. E' vero che si trova nel quartiere a luci rosse ma non abbiamo avuto alcun problema.

Cons:

Un suggerimento: lasciare in dotazione un asciugacapelli migliore. Con quello in dotazione asciugarsi i capelli è un'impresa. Grazie
