Pros:

Good value! Location is also great, walking distance to pavilion, klcc etc..

Cons:

Very close to that party/bars street, and the neighbourhood is somehow a little pocket of undeveloped older buildings and could see tons of rats when walking in the night. It's strange how this area surrounded by all the modern skyscrapers is left out in such condition,

Just like Marriott's Moxy but done right!
Pros:

After missing our flight and our driver, we arrived to the journal hotel a bit unsettled but the reception staff really took care of our family. We were welcomed with a complementary afternoon tea and that really got us back on track. We had friends who met us for dinner and the staff took care of their parking for us. Their doorman was super friendly and helpful. And the location is great!

We love the breakfast in house, and there are lots of amazing dining options nearby!

Cons:

The rooftop bar and fitness facilities are a bit weak. But we have a young kid so that's not really a big miss for us.

Hotel très bien situé et super accueil
Pros:

Hotel très bien situé, au calme mais proche de tout, notamment des grands malls et de la Jalan Alor. Pas loin non plus des Tours Petronas. On peut tout faire à pied.
Le personnel est super agréable et serviable, surtout les deux jeunes hommes à l'accueil qui ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Des amours. Le portier est trés prevenant aussi. Le personnel du petit dejeuner aussi.
La piscine au 11e étage ( Tres belle vue) est très agreable pour se rafraichir en fin de journee.
Le petit dejeuner buffet est tres correct et varié mais peut-etre un peu plus reservé aux asiatiques. (Manque le chocolat chaud) Un plus, on peut commander des oeufs préparés minute.
Gouter offert entre 15 h et 17 h
Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses et bien equipées, lit confortable, belle vue par grande baie vitrée. Planche et fer a repasser.
On vous demande avant votre arrivée quel oreiller vous souhaitez et quel sorte de thé vous preferez dans la chambre.
Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans cet hotel au début de notre voyage et nous avons tellement aimé la gentillesse du personnel que nous y sommes revenus faire la derniere nuit de notre sejour.

Fantastic Hotel to Stay.
Pros:

Everything, love staying here everytime I'm in the city, the Gents I interacted with at the front desk are great, very hospitable at night and the morning shifts.

Will always come back everytime I'm in the city, has become one of my fav places to stay.

Overall the service is was awesome, receptionist Munirah , 2 male Chinese staff who helped us during check in and a male

Nearby 24 hr eateries, shopping centres and facilities like swimming pool is available on top of it I really like that the room is spacious for 3 people and there’s iron in the room and Dyson hairdryer is available upon request

Das Hotel ist außergewöhnlich gut. Das Personal ist unglaublich aufmerksam und serviceorientiert. Die Lage ist toll, mittendrin und trotzdem etwas zurückgezogen. Das Frühstücksangebot, sowie die Verpflegung am Nachmittag sind bestens. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß, aber sehr komfortabel. Auch der Pool auf der Dachterrasse ist einladend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Einziger (kleiner) Kritikpunkt: Das Geschirr war nicht immer richtig sauber.

The hotel room are nice & clean..the staffs.are also friendly & helpful..will come back to stay again..

Cons:

The room tv did not have interesting programmes to watch..should have 1 or 2 channels with movies..
Unable to watch local channels too..
The hotel should improve on this..😊✌️
