Pros:

Fue una estancia muy tranquila y nos recibieron desde mucho antes de la hora de check in, lo que se agradece totalmente!

Cons:

No habia agua caliente en la habitación, tuve que bañarme con agua fría y la única solución que me dieron es "Ya no de puede hacer nada porque ya utilizaron la habitacion" uno no llega a un hotel a revisar de primero que salga agua caliente para bañarse

Increible ubicación, el personal siempre muy atento y nos ayudaron mucho en recomendaciones para comer en la ciudad. La habitación cumple con lo que dice y muy buen aire acondicionado, limpieza excelente

Pros:

Its clean and staff its very nice. Coffe and bottled water its provided. Rooms are not up to date (fancy) but they're confortable based on pricing

Cons:

During my stay of 4 nights, the property ran out of hot water for 3 days and thats where the problem started, the staff lied about when would they be able to fix it so I was very uncomfortable for that. Finally talked to manager and he explained the issue and was honest and as a result he offer free breakfast (thumbs up for that)

Cons:

El olor de los pasillos es intolerable, huele a humedad y a sucio.. el elevador igual, tiene un olor feo. Solo al entrar a la habitacion dejabas de percibir un mal olor... Las chicas de recepción no te explican nada, te dan la llave sin explicarte como llegar a la habitacion siquiera... Mala experiencia, no lo recomendaria.
