Perfect getaway!
Pros:

Loved this cute dome villa including garden area and public spaces also lovely.
Had daily breakfast was awesome and all restaurant meals tasty with delicious cocktails.
Staff were the best, had a great time.

Pros:

Deres personale var enestående, de var hjælpsomme lige meget hvad man gerne ville have hjælp til, så gjorde de alt til topkarakter.
Ved ikke om det bare var os, men ved afrejsen kom hver og en af disse fantastiske unge gutter hen og sagde personligt farvel.
En uforglemmelig oplevelse, og deres mad er lækkert, vi spiste næsten kun på hotellet.
Der er dejligt stille om natten, dette ophold er bare perfekt.
Vi kommer igen.

Super séjour ! L’emplacement est idéal.
Pros:

Nous avions initialement prévu de rester seulement deux nuits dans cet établissement avant de poursuivre notre voyage, mais nous avons finalement tellement apprécié notre séjour que nous avons décidé d’ajouter quatre nuits supplémentaires ! L’agencement de l’hôtel est vraiment très agréable, le petit-déjeuner est bon et l’emplacement est également idéal. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de repos, au calme, dans un très bel environnement. Les chambres sont confortables et bien aménagées. Petite particularité à savoir : la salle de bain est ouverte sur l’extérieur, ce qui peut surprendre, mais cela fait aussi partie du charme et de l’expérience du lieu.
Nous garderons de très beaux souvenirs de ce séjour, qui nous a permis de vraiment déconnecter et de profiter d’une belle semaine de repos. Une très belle découverte !

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol concerne le petit-déjeuner : le choix des boissons est assez limité, avec uniquement du café ou du thé. De plus, il ne s’agit pas d’un buffet, mais d’un service à la carte( droit à un choix)

Pros:

Très bien situé, nous avons été très bien accueillis. La piscine est propre.
Nous avons reçu de bons conseils
Très bon petit déjeuner
Pas loin du port donc pratique pour repartir

Cons:

Pas de chance, notre première nuit, il y avait un bar à côté qui a fait du bruit jusqu’à 2h du matin… l’hôtel n’y est pour rien, ils ont même des boules Quies à disposition

Highly recommended place to stay at Gili Air!
Pros:

The property is right across a snorkelling spot and across the beach! It is conveniently located for sunrise viewing. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was good, we had the oatmeal and yogurt option everyday.

Underwhelming
Pros:

Loved the location right in front of the beach which was a major plus and why we visited the island in the first place. The staff were also super fun and friendly but at times came across a little unserious and unprofessional. Kitchen and bar area feels like it’s ran by the lost boys in the best and worse ways.

Cons:

The bathrooms were open which made me feel extremely uncomfortable, large mosquitoes would fly in along with other insects and animals. There were no fans in the bathroom so it got hot very quickly. The bathroom area should feel like a sanctuary but this turned into a nightmare and i found myself trying to avoid the bathroom and spend as little time in there as possible because of how open to the wilderness it was. The bathrooms and the room also felt very outdated and needs a bit of an upgrade. I have bitten over 10 times just in my room during my three night stay. And i found mosquitoes in my room every day. Mosquito larvae were also found in water of the dining area table plant decorations. Because of this I would definitely not stay here again.

Tutto perfetto. Gestione italiana
Il resort è nella parte più viva dell’isola. Esci fuori e ti trovi ristorantini, negozietti di tutto e di più.
Noi avevamo la villa con jacuzzi, la villa era molto grande e spaziosa.
Consiglio di provare assolutamente il ristorante del resort. Piatti curatissimi e super buoni.
Pandi (il cameriere) gentilissimo con nostro figlio.
Sicuramente torneremo

Cons:

Se devo trovare un punto critico direi che si potrebbe mettere a disposizione un phon asciugacapelli e mettere delle tende oscuranti per quanto riguarda le finestre perché la mattina alle 6.30 ci svegliava la luce, per noi non era un problema ma per qualcun altro potrebbe esserlo.

Le personnel était très serviable et faisait tt pr faciliter. Tres bon emplacement. Petit dej top.

Cons:

La propreté est moyenne. Draps déchirés. Serviettes de douche avec des taches malgré l’odeur de la lessive et déchirée. Nous avons eu bcp d’araignées et de cafards. La piscine quand nous sommes arrivés était trop chargé en chlore j’ai dû demandé une intervention pour traiter le point.
