Underwhelming
Pros:

Loved the location right in front of the beach which was a major plus and why we visited the island in the first place. The staff were also super fun and friendly but at times came across a little unserious and unprofessional. Kitchen and bar area feels like it’s ran by the lost boys in the best and worse ways.

Cons:

The bathrooms were open which made me feel extremely uncomfortable, large mosquitoes would fly in along with other insects and animals. There were no fans in the bathroom so it got hot very quickly. The bathroom area should feel like a sanctuary but this turned into a nightmare and i found myself trying to avoid the bathroom and spend as little time in there as possible because of how open to the wilderness it was. The bathrooms and the room also felt very outdated and needs a bit of an upgrade. I have bitten over 10 times just in my room during my three night stay. And i found mosquitoes in my room every day. Mosquito larvae were also found in water of the dining area table plant decorations. Because of this I would definitely not stay here again.

Tutto perfetto. Gestione italiana
Il resort è nella parte più viva dell’isola. Esci fuori e ti trovi ristorantini, negozietti di tutto e di più.
Noi avevamo la villa con jacuzzi, la villa era molto grande e spaziosa.
Consiglio di provare assolutamente il ristorante del resort. Piatti curatissimi e super buoni.
Pandi (il cameriere) gentilissimo con nostro figlio.
Sicuramente torneremo

Cons:

Se devo trovare un punto critico direi che si potrebbe mettere a disposizione un phon asciugacapelli e mettere delle tende oscuranti per quanto riguarda le finestre perché la mattina alle 6.30 ci svegliava la luce, per noi non era un problema ma per qualcun altro potrebbe esserlo.

Le personnel était très serviable et faisait tt pr faciliter. Tres bon emplacement. Petit dej top.

Cons:

La propreté est moyenne. Draps déchirés. Serviettes de douche avec des taches malgré l’odeur de la lessive et déchirée. Nous avons eu bcp d’araignées et de cafards. La piscine quand nous sommes arrivés était trop chargé en chlore j’ai dû demandé une intervention pour traiter le point.

Struttura vicino al porto, comodo da raggiungere a piedi dal lungomare. Personale cordiale e accogliente. Camera pulita, colazione molto buona.

- la douche à l'extérieur
- la qualité du petit-déjeuner
- le verre de bienvenue
- le service de laundry

Cons:

- absence de sèche cheveux
- piscine pas toujours propre (il y a un grand arbre juste au dessus)
- la salle de bain à l'extérieur peut amener des moustiques et gecko même en fermant la porte
- pas beaucoup d'eau chaude

Jest się odizolowanym od wszystkich. Nikt nie podgląda i nie zagląda.
Odpoczynek tam to przyjemność. Basen jest duży i przyjemny. Leżaki, stefy relaksu, dużo miejsc do siedzenia, leżenia i jedzenia
Bliskość morza, to ogromny plus.
Bardzo smaczne śniadania w cenie.
Przemiły młody personel.
Sprzatajacy starają się bardzo i są super uprzejmi i mili, ale willa wymaga gruntownego remontu.
Genialna masażystka Puput. Jej masaż Lombok to sztuka! Dla niej samej warto wybrać ten hotel.

Cons:

Willa jest stara, ma ponad 30 lat i wymaga natychmiastowego gruntowneg remontu.
Łazienki są już bardzo, bardzo zużyte i wyglądają jak w toalecie publicznej. Krany to tragedia.
Karaluchy i skolopendry w łazience to codzienność.
Materace zużyte, stare i niewygodne.
Kanapy brudne aż się lepią i w domu i na zewnątrz

Pan Eff w recepcji bardzo zasadniczy i trochę opryskliwy. Mógłby czasem się chociaż sztucznie uśmiechnąć gdy wita gości. Przy meldowaniu czułem się jakbym był problemem, a nie gościem. Wyślijcie go na szkolenie z obsługi Klienta, bo straszy swoją postawą. Reszta zespołu recepcji mogłaby go uczyć jak się traktuje gości.

Location, sunrise every morning, at the beach, friendly and very helpful staff… villa was perfect for us with private pool and separate rooms, public area with pool table and beach restaurant

Pros:

Good beachfront location directly outside snorkeling locations. Our room had own front private courtyard. Room clean and comfortable. Air conditioning good.

Cons:

Beachfront lounges didn’t have any shade umbrellas. Couldn’t accommodate those with dietary requirements. A few mosquitoes around. Saw staff eating our leftovers from our dinner plates.

Ottimo hotel in posizione centrale sulla spiaggia lato Lombok. Ristorante anche con tavoli sulla sabbia in spiaggia. Piscina per relax e bagno in acqua dolce. Camera ottima. Personale molto cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

Visto il prezzo, come "welcome drink" potrebbero dare qualcosa di meglio di un bicchiere di succo industriale in contenitore di cartone. Meglio non dare nulla.

Supurb Service and Super enjoyable staff.
Pros:

First and foremost the staff was incredible. All smiling, happy to help, fun to talk with, whatever we asked we got. The breakfast was good and easy to substitute without any hassles - add/subtract. The front desk excellent marks, even got me a yoga mat to use during my stay.
Pool looked great and clean, but we didn't use since the sea was 30 meters from our bungalow and we were snorkeling if we wanted to be in the sea. Turtles everywhere including out front and along down 400m.
Additionally, tons of great restaurants nearby, can rent electric scooter, fins, masks and go on tour.

Cons:

One thing, they need to update their A/C units. It was super loud and always making noise when clicking on/off..
