A real King experience
Pros:

Everything is just great. King size corner room: just WONDERFUL. Fantastic position, perfect room/cleaning service and very kind staff.

Cons:

As a European, I’m not used to pay deposit, be sure to read the info about it. Btw, nothing bad to tell about this great Hotel

ontbijt was top, heel vroeg was er lekkere koffie en ontbijt te verkrijgen.
de kamers waren heel ruim, goeie bedden en kussens.

Cons:

lawaai van buiten, we sliepen ook niet hoog. wellicht hoe hoger, hoe beter.

Toppenläge på Manhattan. Mysigt hotell med trevlig personal.

Cons:

Frukost ingick men det var $15/person (inkl skatt och dricks) vilket innebar att det var väldigt lite frukost som ingår. Såg inget om det här upplägget när vi bokade.

Comfortable, stylish and great value!
Pros:

The decor was lovely. The location was excellent. It was cosy and didn’t feel like I was in a giant hotel with thousands of people in it, but the rooms were still a very good size.

Cons:

Cleaning was hit or miss. Some days the room was cleaned well, some days they would miss minor things.

Muy buen hotel, habitaciones grandes y muy cómodas para ir en pareja. Me gustó mucho alojarnos aquí. Las zonas comunes están super bien, hay opción de coger comida del exterior y cenar allí y eso se agradece mucho!
Como detalle, pensaba que había servicio de desayuno y cena pero no del todo, el hotel tiene un bar que está bien para tomar algún snack! Por lo general, volvería y recomendaría el hotel para viajar a Nueva York, porque realmente se está muy a gusto. Muchas gracias al personal que fue super amable, y en especial a la chica de la limpieza, muy simpática y agradable!

Não tem máquina de café/ chá / ferro de passar roupa.
Não tem uma lanchonete interna que venda café 24 horas, a cafeteria funciona até as 14 horas. No frio extremo de Nova York faz falta ter uma cafeteria interna

Great stay, general manager was amazing!
Pros:

Location was great, and right next to a parking garage if you want to drive to the city. The manager at the hotel was AMAZING! He helped us navigate a very stubborn parking garage attendant. He was truly the epitome of what a great manager is, resolving issues in a calm way and helping the customer. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The staff at the parking garage were rude.
