Solo la persona che ci ha accolto che era brava

Una stanza con cattivo odore di non pulito, divano rotto e pericoloso perche ci si cade dentro, bidet non idoneo a lavare un bambino, doccia senza miscelatore, porta comunicante con un'altra camera di altre persone dove si sentivano ogni singola voce.. abbiamo chiesto il cambio con un'altra stanza addirittura con aggiunta di soldi pur di cambiarla ma ci è stata negata.. siamo andati via immediatamente e ci è stato rimborsato l'importo senza i 20 euro di tassa di soggiorno.. esperienza per un 4 stelle davvero terribile

Mi è piaciuta la professionalità e gentilezza dello staff della reception, educati e attenti ad ogni richiesta, assolutamente nulla da dire

Non mi è piaciuta la stanza, ampia sicuramente ma con un odore di "vecchio" il bagno ampio ma non rinnovato all'interno
assolutamente non mi è piaciuta la colazione, assurdo pagare 13 euro a persona per un caffè e cornetti surgelati, non sarebbe stato ammissibile neanche al centro di Milano una cosa simile. Non è una colazione eccellente nè nel servizio nè nei prodotti presentati, mia figlia non ha potuto mangiare la torta al cioccolato perchè "gelata", i mini cornettini che ho preso io di qualità scadente. Non lo consiglio
