Great hotel
Pros:

Location is amazing, so close to the airport. Only a ten minute walk or a minute drive. Beds comfy and bathroom was nice and spacious. Breakfast included, very large variety of options to eat and drink.

Cons:

The dinner prices are a bit steep, buffet all you can eat is available. Can't remember the exact price pp however we spent over $100 aud for two adults and two kids.

Das Hotel ist perfekt, wenn man von Narita losfliegt. Es ist gut ausgestattet, hat große und schön eingerichtete Zimmer und der kostenlose Shuttlebus zum Flughafen ist ein toller Service!

This hotel offer a fantastic value for people who are arriving late at Narita and want some rest as soon as possible aft
Pros:

We had a wonderful large room with 4 beds for our group of 4 people. The bathroom was huge with a tub and a shower. The room was silent despite being right next to the airport (we could watch the planes from our room but could hear nothing). Breakfast was a delicious buffet with a nice selection of Japanese & Western choices and tables facing a beautiful garden. A 24-hour Family Mart is located in the hotel too! The free shuttle bus from the Narita Terminals is also an excellent value.

Cons:

Not a large issue but the gym costs a small amount of extra money to use (like $2 USD) and closes in the evening.

The proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle

Cons:

The room was dirty- not by any means of the house keepers but management probably not doing anything about it. Ceiling at the entrance huge water stain leak, the walls all scuffed up and dirty and bed sheets with holes . The bathroom very outdated and dark . The reviews for this place make no sense to me. Also you have to pay for the gym and pool ?!! Never been to a hotel that charges. For Japanese standard this place was bad . Also when confirming check out is at 11am, the person told me before 11 am .. but in fact it is 11am not before

Für einen frühen Abflug am nächsten Morgen gibt es ab 5 Uhr einen Shuttle. Das fand ich sehr beruhigend.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

整體住宿蠻不錯從人員接洽，環境優美加上空間寬敞，讓返國前可以悠閒充份的休息；接駁的司機也很友善。
