Pros:

〇 到着以前から好感持てた。私の問い合わせに直ぐに返信して下さり、ホテル以外のことも色々提案して下さり、到着前から信頼できるホテルだな、と感じました。
〇 到着日、バス停までピックアップに来て下さり、スーツケースを持っての長い移動で疲れていた私達には、とても有難かったです。チェックアウトの日もバス停まで快く送って下さったので感謝しています。
〇 ニセコひらふの街と、ゲレンデ麓のスキーセンターとの中間に位置しているため、昼も夜もとても便利でした。
〇 ニセコひらふのファミリーゲレンデから、このホテルの暖房室/スキーロッカーへ入れるようになっていて、スキーロッカーも多い＆大き目のものもあるので、とても便利でした。
〇 部屋のインテリアがセンスあり。北欧風で、スッキリしていて、でも温かみがあって、居心地も良かったです！
〇 部屋内に、洗濯乾燥機があるので、時間気にせず洗濯ができて、連泊者には本当に便利で有難かったです。特に冬服やスキーで使うものは、分厚くて嵩張る＆乾きずらいので、洗濯乾燥機が部屋にあるのは特筆したいこと。ここを選ぶことになった理由の一つでもあります。

X 予約前、他のホテルと比べた際も、んん～と、思ったことは、 ’バスタブが無い'
春、夏の滞在なら、気にならないと思いますが、冬、アフタースキーで、バスタブが無いのは、とても残念！

X レセプションのスタッフの対応が残念。
スキーシーズンの間だけの、リゾートバイト、パートタイムワーカー達なのは分かっていますが、それにしてもガッカリ。レセプションにいたスタッフ達の一部のスタッフは、笑顔で直ぐ対応してくれて、感じが良かったですが、三分の二のスタッフ達は、Hello や How are you? などの声かけを全くしないどころか、ゲストがホテルを出入りして彼らの横を通っても、ゲストの方を見ることもなく、スタッフ同士で話していたり、話に花が咲いて盛り上がっていたり...。制服は着ているけど、仕事ではなく、友人同士で話している連中、みたいな光景が多々ありました。来シーズンは、新スタッフ教育時、せめてゲストが通る時ぐらいは、ゲストを意識するように教えた方がいいと思います。

Awesome ski in, ski out. Great staff but would have liked to have an onsite onsen :)
Pros:

The breakfast was good some days and not so good others. Waaaay too much packaging. So much waste.

Cons:

No where to put our suitcases and clothes as there was only one very small cupboard to hang a couple of things. It would be better if there was at least 2 benches or a suitcase rack. Even better with a set of drawers.

Spacious ski-in ski-out apartment hotel
Pros:

Lovely spacious apartment and very well equipped kitchen. We really liked the living area and sofas in particular. Great to have the washing machine and dishwasher and we really appreciated that both washing powder and dishwashing detergent were provided. Lovely coffee machine too! Very comfortable beds and plenty of storage cupboards. Fabulous view of Mount Yotei through the huge windows. Excellent to have ski-in ski-out and the ski lockers downstairs.

Cons:

A welcome pack of a few essential items would be nice to have, such as biscuits, crisps, maybe some milk in the fridge.
We enjoyed the pizzas in the Italian restaurant downstairs but they were very expensive.

Perfect ski in, ski out hotel
Pros:

The staff really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The shuttle around town was fabulous. Bed was comfy, rooms were spacious, nice to have full size fridge.

Cons:

No breakfast available and family mart didn't open till 11
