Guests who wish to use baby cots must make a reservation in advance. Charges apply.

Additional unregistered guests will incur an additional cost of JPY 8,000 per night.

Perfect ski in, ski out hotel
Pros:

The staff really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The shuttle around town was fabulous. Bed was comfy, rooms were spacious, nice to have full size fridge.

Cons:

No breakfast available and family mart didn't open till 11

おおむね good～excellent でした
Pros:

立地はコンビニも近く文句なし。地下のski locker は使いやすく、setしてからのski in は快適でした。ゲレンデから帰って来る時もすぐに lockerに入れて、着脱も椅子が多くて便利でした。

Cons:

綾やｋｙｏにあるような大浴場があれば完璧でした。地上波テレビは見れたほうが良かったかも。
ゲレンデから戻った時に雪を落とすためのブラシやジェットコンプレッサーのようなものがあると便利だと思います。
部屋はとても清潔ですが、洗濯物を干す場所に困りました。

Year 2 at The Maples was Twice As Nice
Pros:

Centrality of the location. Quality of the accommodation. Proximity to the ski slope. Italian pizzeria - excellent.

Cons:

TV difficult to use, in fact nigh on impossible. It would be nice if there's a regular shuttle to the onsen given there's not one on site. I think you should have the option to choose Western breakfast every morning vs. every other morning.

Cosy and perfect location!
Pros:

The staff is wonderful, they attended my questions and requests during the stay, Direct access to sky track is amazing!

This apartel is perfect for family time - its facilities and thoughtful layout make bonding effortless.
Pros:

View and the spacious living and dining area.

Cons:

Ironically, the rooms were warm In winter because the heater temperature could not be adjusted lower.

Loved it, would stay again.
Pros:

Location, helpful staff, facilities new and clean, size of the room. Having Physio Therapy/Massage in the building

Cons:

Nothing really. Having an onsen for the guests would be great but there's onsen in the two nearby hotels so all good
