大正解
Pros:

ベテランのベルパーソン（男性）の対応が大変素敵でした。エレベーター付近で声をかけていただき、一緒に宿泊階へ移動。その最中に「フロントの説明で分からなかったことはありませんか？」と聞いて下さいました。個人的に駐車料金の支払い方について再確認しましたが、こちらの理解力に応じて説明の内容を調整してくれているのか、明快でとても安心しました。フロントで格好つけて分かったフリをする人、結構いると思うので…。このような方を配置しているホテルのホスピタリティーの高さが嬉しかったです。旅の入り口で「すてきなホテルに出会えたな」と好印象でした。また利用させていただきます。

Highly recommend
Pros:

Very comfortable room, and great view from 16th floor . Easy access to sightseeing and public transport. Convenience stores downstairs. All staff very helpful, especially Anthony.

お得感や、快適さ、最高のホテルです。
Pros:

コンビニ併設でとても便利、大浴場が広く、温泉効果で疲れが取れた。部屋も広くきれいで快適に過ごせた。チェックイン時のスタッフの対応、笑顔が良かった。

Cons:

駐車場からホテル入り口へのアクセスが分かりづらい。部屋の洗面所に水が溜まっていて、少し気持ち悪かった。

Pros:

朝食がブッフェスタイルで、メニューは豊富だし美味しいしとても良かったと思います。
普通のツインルームに泊まりましたが、設備やアメニティは良かったです。とてもキレイな部屋でした。
部屋自体はかなりコンパクトな感じですので、スーツケースを2つ広げると一杯な感じです。
部屋の窓から狸小路が見えましたよ。
スタッフの方に近くで美味しいご飯が食べられるところありますかって聞いたら、色々と教えてくれました。
１泊だけだったけど、良い滞在ができたとおもいます。

ゆったり静かな時間を過ごせます
Pros:

フロントの対応が素晴らしく丁寧でした。エレベーター前と出入口にもスタッフがいて出掛ける時にいろいろ聞いたり出来て至れり尽くせりでした。お部屋も広くて清潔でした。浴室も清潔でシャワーの水圧が強くてびっくり気持ちよく利用できました。朝食も美味しくて焼き立てのアスパラとにかく野菜が美味しかったです。また宿泊したいと思うホテルです

海外の方が飲食しながらエレベーターに乗って来たのが不快てした。

Pros:

クラブラウンジアクセスフロアに滞在しましたが、最高でした！お部屋は広く、ラウンジでのまったりした朝食、ティータイム、カクテルタイムが良かったです🍴🍷別料金ですが、温泉もすごく良かったので、2泊とも課金して入浴しました♨️
お部屋のドライヤーもリファで、髪がサラサラに✨
スタッフの方もみな、親切で良かったです。
また札幌に来る際には、こちらに滞在したいです。

位置離貍小路還可以，走路約15分鐘左右，整體住宿還滿意，但是浴室設備太舊了，如果住很多天的建議不要每天都加早餐，每天菜色都一樣，有點膩
