The location

To be honest is a place that at the moment to make the reservation looks promising, I've been celebrating my honeymoon moon and it was positive things about this place with the location and the cleaning, but have to say we had different moments where the car that supposed to pick-up us and drop us , couldn't enter to leave us at the reception and in one case was raining, wich for me was not professional since the most important thing is for us to feel good. And besides all the good amenities the parking is pretty much expensive to the price you already paying for the place.

Petit déjeuner local dans un superbe cadre au bord d une canote . Plutôt varié à base de bon produit et présente avec goût et raffiné.ent

Cons:

Le jacuzzi privé de la chambre ,pas très propre donc pas engageant, le personnel a l accueil pas très conscilliant

L'hôtel possède un cénote naturel magnifique

Ambiance zen très appréciable dans Tulum playa (beaucoup de resto et bars musique très forte)

Pas directement sur la plage (de l autre coté de la route) permet de combiner vacances zen dans nature et plage la journée

La décoration et la cenote, par contre quand ils disent avoir des partenariats avec les hôtels de la plage c’est un mensonge, il redirige juste vers les hôtels qui sont à côtés. Les hôtels soit disant partenaires ne sont pas au courant de ce partenariat….

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus par notre séjour dans cet hôtel pourtant classé 5 étoiles.

À notre arrivée, après deux heures de route, nous avons choisi d’aller déjeuner avant de régler la nuit supplémentaire que nous avions ajoutée (celle-ci ne nous ayant pas été demandée lors du check-in). La réceptionniste est venue nous interrompre en plein déjeuner avec le TPE pour nous faire payer. Une manière de procéder particulièrement déplacée et peu élégante pour un établissement de ce standing.

Nous avions réservé six nuits. Au bout de la troisième nuit, on nous a demandé de changer de chambre, soi-disant pour une chambre de même standing. En réalité, le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas, personne ne nous a aidés pour les bagages (ils ont simplement été déplacés), et la nouvelle chambre n’avait clairement pas le même niveau de confort. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un lieu de passage, avec beaucoup moins d’intimité.

Comme le montrent les photos, cette nouvelle chambre était située sous un toit en réfection, avec des travaux et un marteau-piqueur dès 9 heures du matin. Totalement inacceptable pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, d’autant plus que nous n’avons jamais été informés en amont.

Aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé pour compenser ce désagrément : pas même un cocktail offert pour le changement de chambre.

Enfin, l’ambiance générale est très froide : personne ne sourit, personne ne salue. Nous n’avons ressenti ni accueil, ni considération, ni véritable sens du service.

Nous comprenons que des imprévus puissent arriver, mais le manque de professionnalisme et d’attention ne correspond absolument pas au niveau attendu pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Une expérience très décevante.

מקום מושלם שניראה כמו ג׳ונגל- הכל מעץ עם צמחייה עשירה.
הסונטה הטבעית מדהימה אפשר לצלול והיא נקייה ומתוחזקת עם דגים קטנים- פשוט יפייפה. לא חסר בכלל שאין חוף פרטי.
החדר נקי, מסודר והאורחת בוקר טובה יש ארוחה בסיסית מעולה ועוד תפריט בתשלום.
המיקום של המלון מעולה ממש ליד כל המקומות יציאה.

מלון יפהפה וייחודי במיקום מושלם בטולום

מלון מדהים, מעוצב מהמם, סנוטה יפהפה בלב המלון שמטופחת על בסיס יומי, צוות שירותי ועוזר, מיקום פגז בלב הרחוב המרכזי של החוף בטולום , בקרבת כל המסעדות השוות ועם זאת המלון שקט להפליא ויושב בתוך חורש טבעי . ארוחת הבוקר בהגשה , טעימה ואיכותית אבל לצערי לא מספיק מגוונת עבור מספר לילות במלון (הארכנו לילה כי ממש אהבנו). יש גם שיעורי יוגה מעולים, ג׳קוזי חם בגדול מצויין ובריכה קטנה אבל בתכלס הסנוטה הכי שווה.

Cons:

לא אהבנו שארוחת הבוקר הכלולה מוגבלת למנות מסוימות למרות שיש תפריט גדול מאוד ואפילו הם הגדילו לעשות שאם רוצים להזמין מנה אחרת הם גובים את מלוא הסכום על המנה האחרת (הייתי מצפה שזה יהיה תוספת יחסית ולא סכום מלא) כך גם לגבי המשקאות . כמו כן לא אהבנו שלא ניתן לשתות או לאכול סביב הסנוטה דברים שלא קנית במסעדה.

Beautiful Cenote which is definitely the highlight, rooms are comfortable and large.
