Perfect stay
Pros:

Excellent hotel in a great, quiet location. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the stay. The staff were amazing — very friendly, professional, and always helpful. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well prepared, with all the facilities you may need. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the people made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Ein Hotel, in dem man sich wohlfühlt!
Pros:

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, vorhandene Waschmaschine, bequeme Betten, für Japan grosses Zimmer, sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Gelegentlich die Lautstärke von außen. Die Akustik war so, als würde man Gespräche von Leuten auf der Straße oder in anderen Zimmern hören. Aber das ist ein Mini-Punkt, nur bei offenem Fenster und bestimmt abhängig von Zimmer und Momentum.

Le personnel était adorable et attentif.
Une attention particulière à la jeune fille qui a fait mon check In ( je ne connais pas son nom) mais elle a été adorable.

Pros:

家族3人での利用でした。施設全体もとても清潔で、セキュリティも万全でした。
部屋の設備もアパート感覚で、キッチン、洗濯機、冷蔵庫など、外食しなくとも過ごせました。トイレとバスが区別されておりお湯をしっかりはって疲れた体をゆっくり癒すことができました。

Cons:

お隣の声が小さく聞こえますが、相手もこちら側の声が聞こいたのか、お互い気をつけることで、快適には過ごせました。

good location nice stay
Pros:

good location - walking distance to metro/nearby bus station, Gion or Kyoto train station. Clean, comfortable.

Cons:

on a smaller side for three people (as no space to use kitchen if sofa used for sleeping) but still wasn't too much of a problem.
