Excellent facilities - our room had a washing machine, cooker, fridge all for a very reasonable price.

Kyoto istasyonuna 20 dk yürüme mesafesinde, çok tatlı bir sokakta. Gion vb gezilecek yerlere ise 30 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Çok avantajlı bir konum diyemem ama sakin ve keyifli bir bölgede. gerçekten kyoto'da olduğunuzu hissettiren bir mahalle gibi. Yakınında kahve içilebilecek, yemek yenebilecek ve lokallerin takıldığı yerler var.
Personel gençlerden oluşuyor. Çok deneyimli bir otel işletmesi diyemeyiz belki ama yardımcı olabilecekleri her konuda ellerinden geleni yapmak için çok çaba sarf ediyorlar. Güvenilir, temiz, beklentimi fazlasıyla karşılayan bir konaklama oldu.

Bed was suprisingly extra comfortable and big. Like even better than what i have home, definitely way above my expectations.

Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. They were very eager to help in any way possible. The rooms were very clean and had nice amenities. Conveniently, there are nearby restaurants and bus stops, the Shichijo train station, and convenience stores. The hotel is also in walking distance of Sanjusangendo and the Kyoto National Museum. If you are the walking type, it's not too far from Gion as well.

Spacious and so convenient with a few public transports to go to places you need

We stayed here for three nights and found it to be a mixed experience.

The biggest challenge was the size of the room. If you are traveling with more than two people, I would recommend looking elsewhere. With three adults, there was virtually no floor space. We often had to step on or over beds to move around the room, and nighttime trips to the restroom required careful navigation to avoid stepping on someone.

The price was reasonable, and the location was decent. There was a charming breakfast café on the corner, a subway station within a short walk, and Kyoto Station was about 15 minutes away on foot. However, the area itself wasn't particularly memorable or lively.

One disappointment was cleanliness. When we lifted one of the futon sofa beds to create a little more walking space and store our luggage, we found dirty underwear underneath from a previous guest. I mentioned it to the staff simply so they would be aware, but I was surprised that there was no acknowledgment, apology, or gesture of goodwill.

Overall, this property may work well for one or two travelers looking for an affordable place to sleep, but for three adults, the lack of space and the cleanliness issue made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

The team at reception was very friendly and the whole place was clean, well kept and just easy to check in. The location is excellent if you want to explore Kyoto without staying directly in the loudest tourist chaos. Shichijo Station and the Keihan Main Line are very close, so you are connected in a really strategic way. At the same time the hotel sits in a quiet little side street that almost feels cinematic, and in around 5 minutes you are already at the Kamo River. The room was also very practical. The bathroom was much more generous than expected, with a small bathtub and a large shower cabin. Having a washing machine in the room was a big plus, even without dryer function. For a few days in Kyoto this was basically perfect.

Good location, beds comfortable, loved the washing machine in the room. Can cook breakfast etc here if you need. Had pretty much everything you could want!

It was overall very nice, in the middle of kyoto and the room was a lot bigger than we expected.
