Ottima sistemazione, la consiglio!
Pros:

Hotel molto carino, pulitissimo e attrezzato di tutto (apprezzatissime le bottiglie di acqua nel frigo al nostro arrivo!). Camera da 3 con divano letto, siamo stati bene. Personale sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutare. Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla metro e con tanti caffè e servizi in zona. Lo consiglierei come ottima base per scoprire Kyoto. Grazie di tutto !

Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located : there are several restaurants nearby, there is the Shijijō Keihan station nearby which allows you to reach the Gion neighbourhood and the Kyōto station quickly, it is a 30 minutes walk from the Kiyomizudera. It is also not far from the Sanjūsangendō, and the Chishakuin.

The staff members are so nice, caring and welcoming. They are grateful when you try to speak japanese and if you can't speak japanese, they will speak english. They will also try their best to make you feel comfortable and welcome, and to answer your questions or help you in any way.

The hotel facilities are very clean and well-organised. The place is very calm, as well as the neighbourhood.

We highly recommend this hotel.

非常有日式味道的住宿，空間的利用也讓我學到不少。
位置坐落在鴨川沿岸，黃昏時在鴨川走走很舒服。
距離七條站僅一條小巷距離，適合想要探索阪神電鐵沿線景點的人（祗園、稻荷大社、宇治）
但若想要逛街，常往車站或烏丸四條一帶跑的人，可能會感到稍微有些距離。

Cozy place, great location
Pros:

Perfect location, cozy small hotel. A kettle, a cooker and dishes. Washing machine, no dryer, though. However, a coin laundromat within a ten-minute walk. Metro station some five mins away. Personnel incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room a bit tight, smell of wood in the building, the air conditioner needs proper cleaning - smelled like mold and had to be turned off overnight.
