Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful with assisting me in opening and closing my room, the gentleman even helped me store some cheese I was bringing back to the states. Very nice guy.

The location, far from places and traveling alone I do have to stay I was a bit scared having to walk in the dark streets (which I understand it's out of the hotels hands). Waking up in the morning, I love to shower hot water was working but the amount of water coming out was impossible to shower, tired the cold water and same thing. Felt disgusted all day without being about to shower. I had to catch a flight that same morning. Sorry but don't recommend I'm a clean persona and didn't like that I was unable to shower.

The room was ok , but they gave us a room right in the entrance in the hall to the kitchen .. so it was very loud all the time you can hear people walking at the entrance and the kitchen it was really hard to sleep .. and no parking at all ..

Cons:

Our room shouldn’t be a room at all .. it felt like the private room for the chef or something like that , pretty small hotel

Schlaflos in Oaxaca

Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und der koloniale Stil und die Einrichtung sind schön.

Cons:

Es gab in unserem Zimmer eine extreme Lärmbelästigung, insbesondere in der Nacht. Das Zimmer lag an einem Lichtschacht (kein richtiges Fenster nach außen). Von dort kam Lärm , verursacht wahrscheinlich durch die Wasserpumpe und die Außenteile der Klimaanlagen, vielleicht auch durch etwas anderes, jedenfalls Motorengeräusche. Die ganze Nacht durch, an und aus. Schlaf war kaum möglich. Ich habe dies dreimal an der Rezeption angesprochen, aber es wurde nichts unternommen und kein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Wahrscheinlich war dies auch nicht möglich, da keine Kapazitäten da waren. Jedenfalls gab es kein Entgegenkommen. Das Hotel bietet zudem keine Parkmöglichkeiten, hat auch keine Vereinbarung mit umliegenden Parkplätzen.

Cons:

La colazione inizia troppo tardi (8.30), se si vogliono fare delle escursioni guidate, si deve saltare la colazione. La sera non si può cenare in hotel, la cucina chiude presto, alle 18. La presa del comodino non funzionava , quindi niente luce da lettura. La cosa peggiore: di notte rumore continuo degli impianti , qualche motore/pompa che si accende e si spegne x tutto il tempo.

Purtroppo il soggiorno non ha soddisfatto le aspettative in rapporto al prezzo. Abbiamo riscontrato problemi con l’acqua calda, il WC e l’aria condizionata, oltre a rumori notturni che hanno disturbato il riposo. Sarebbe auspicabile una maggiore attenzione al cliente da parte del personale che non si è nemmeno scusato

Hotel abusivo, mala calidad
Cons:

Si reservas por Booking o algún otro portal, te apartan la habitación mas fea, la cama está muy maltratada, el colchón muy maltratado, el desayuno es malo, el personal es poco educado.
