Cons:

Colazione mediocre e organizzazione poco funzionale: per raggiungere le camere è necessario uscire all’esterno, rendendo scomodo anche il semplice accesso alla sala colazioni.
L’episodio più grave riguarda però la perdita totale di fiducia nella struttura. Abbiamo dimenticato un paio di scarpe in camera e, nonostante il contatto avvenuto il giorno stesso, ci è stato comunicato che non risultavano oggetti ritrovati. La gestione della segnalazione è stata confusa, con continui rimandi e senza un confronto diretto. Solo dopo aver inviato mail alla direzione ma confermando il non ritrovamento.
Siamo certi di averle lasciate in camera. In un hotel è fondamentale poter avere fiducia nella gestione degli effetti personali: in questo caso tale fiducia è venuta completamente meno. Soggiorno molto deludente. NON LO CONSIGLIO
