Pros:

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis - von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und serviceorintiert. Der Conciergeservice war ebenfalls wunderbar.

Der Blick von unserem Zimmer mit einer riesigen Fensterwand war atemberaubend, ebenso der Blick von der Lobby aus, in der man sich jederzeit aufhalten kann bei einem kostenfreien Kaffee oder Wasser.

Die Kunst im Haus ist dann der letzte Punkt, der den Aufenthalt noch einmal besonders macht. Wir empfehlen auch den kleinen Kunst-/Souvenirladen im Erdgeschoss.

Die zentrale Lage und gute Anbindung (Shimbashi Station) sind natürlich auch super. Ein FamilyMart im Untergeschoss ist auch vorhanden.

Wir haben auch den Roomservice genutzt und fanden alle bestellten Speisen ausgezeichnet. Auch können wir den Sake, der neben Wein und Bier ab dem frühen Abend in der Lobby an einem Automat zur Verfügung steht, wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir sind am Flughafen Narita angekommen und das Hotel liegt auf der Route vom Airport Limousine Bus - gerade mit Kind und viel Gepäck sehr empfehlenswert. Der Rückflug ging dann vom Flughafen Haneda. Wir haben für diese Strecke ein Taxi genutzt, da wir mit dem vielen Gepäck nicht die Bahn nutzen wollten. Die Kosten dafür sind überschaubar (Festpreis). Der Conciergeservice kümmert sich um alles.

Wir sagen DANKE! Wenn man einen atemberaubenden Blick vom Zimmer haben möchte, können wir das "Eckzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett - Tokyo Tower Side" - inkl. Blick auf Mt Fuji - nur empfehlen. Darin befand sich übrigens ein wirklich riesiges Bett, in dem man auch mit Kind hervorragend schläft, da drei Personen locker Platz haben.

Über eine interne Hotelwebsite standen alle Informationen in der persönlichen Sprache zur Verfügung und auch der Roomservice konnte darüber unkompliziert abgewickelt werden.

Cons:

"Jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau": Wir waren im Winter da und haben festgestellt, dass die Scheiben für heutige Verhältnisse doch recht viel Wärme durchlassen. Das Zimmer heizt sich im Sommer sicher auf. Durch die Klimaanlage ist es aber wahrscheinlich kaum ein Problem.
Das Badezimmer ist nicht mehr das Neueste, aber sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird.

Park Hotel Tokyo exceeded all our expectations and made our stay in Tokyo truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the incredibly kind, professional, and attentive service. The staff made us feel very welcome and took care of every detail throughout our stay.
The hotel is exceptionally clean, and both the rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standard. The interior design is beautiful, elegant, and unique, creating a special atmosphere. The view from the rooms is simply breathtaking — especially in the evening when the city lights create an unforgettable panorama.
We also really appreciated the wide range of amenities available in the room that made our stay even more convenient.
Breakfasts were outstanding — delicious, varied, and of excellent quality. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, making it very easy to explore the city and access public transportation.
We were also pleasantly surprised by the convenient luggage forwarding service offered by the hotel.

Memorable stay in this hotel and very good value for such an awesome location and access to the metro.

The location was brilliant. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was spotless. Very generous with the toiletries too.

Cons:

We felt in the corner room that the bed was so big that one side had no room for a bedside table which you really need on each side so both people can have a drink by the bed and charge the phone next to them. The pillows were very hard but the hotel changed them immediately we asked.
Breakfast was ‘fair’.
