Pros:

El trato con el personal del hotel fue magnífico, sobre todo con Berjin que nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos y nos proporcionó una estancia muy agradable. La habitación también era espectacular con cama extragrande, bañera de hidromasaje y sauna. Una ubicación perfecta para visitar Goreme e ir al Hot Air Ballons Viewpoint que se encontraba a menos de 10min andando.

地點離巴士站步行7分鐘，房間幫我升級成有浴缸的房型，很驚喜也住得很愉快！員工都很熱情友好，早餐也很美味！要離開的當天夜間巴士沒來，凌晨1點臨時回到旅館多住一晚，真的很感謝前台24小時提供服務！以後再回Cappadocia 會繼續選擇這間旅館，讓人很安心！

Great room and bathroom, which is the most important part of the stay.
Pros:

The room was very nice and we loved the cave atmosphere. The bathroom in our king suite was also amazing. All the people working at the front desk were very nice but the breakfast people were not as friendly.

Cons:

the pictures of the facilities were a bit deceiving. the pool had brown water and the outdoor area was very run down and didnt look anything like the pictures. The breakfast and the restaurant were also a bit underwhelming, with very limited selection for breakfast. the wifi was pretty awful and we weren't getting any most of the time in our rooms. The location was very far from city center and most of the restaurants we wanted to visit.

Todo. Ubicación estupenda, cerca de todo. Personal amable. Instalaciones de lujo (las habitaciones del piso inferior son una fantasía, y las del primer piso son muy cómodas. Me ha encantado que los gatitos se pasean por allí, e incluso entran en las habitaciones. Par algunos puede ser un problema pero para mí fue un gran punto a favor.
El desayuno de 10 también. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

My stay at this beautiful property in Göreme was nothing short of exceptional. One of its greatest strengths is its unbeatable location right in the heart of downtown. Unlike many other hotels in the area that are perched high uphill—making the return after a long day of sightseeing quite a workout—this hotel sits conveniently at ground level. It is effortlessly walkable to restaurants, convenience stores, gift shops, entertainment spots, and the lively nightlife area. Yet, despite being so centrally located, the atmosphere remains amazingly tranquil, offering the perfect balance of accessibility and serenity.
Another feature worth highlighting is the ample parking space, which makes arriving and departing completely stress-free.
The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, warm, and cozy—a true sanctuary after a full day of exploring. I particularly loved how natural light flows beautifully into the rooms, seamlessly blending the indoor comfort with the stunning outdoor views. The design thoughtfully immerses you in the surrounding landscape while maintaining a sense of privacy and relaxation.
The food deserves special praise as well. Every meal was freshly cooked and thoughtfully prepared, bursting with flavor and authenticity. It’s clear that great care goes into every dish served.
However, what truly elevates this property is its genuinely warm and hospitable staff. They don’t treat you as just another guest—they make you feel like family. I must especially mention Ms. Berjin Şedal, who welcomed me during a very late check-in after more than 12 hours of constant airplane travel and exhausting transfers. She greeted me with such a warm smile and reassuring kindness that I immediately felt my fatigue melt away. Her thoughtful gesture of preparing a welcome snack and a warm drink to soothe my exhaustion was deeply touching. It was exactly the kind of reception one needs after a long journey—comforting, sincere, and heartfelt.
Ms. Berjin Şedal truly embodies the warmth

Cons:

The drive way to the back parking can be improve by cementing the road to prevent it from being muddy during rainy days. Other than that it is a great stay.
