Pros:

Reception lady Hayat was extremely professional and handle everything professional. Food was amazing variety of choices and viable 24 hours . Drinks in your room gets filled everyday. Swimming pool and pool bar were frantic children would stay in the pool most of the day. Overall great hotel .

Das war mit Abstand einer der schlechtesten Hotelaufenthalte, die ich jemals erlebt habe. Ich war bereits in vielen Hotels in Antalya und wurde dort jedes Mal freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Umso größer war meine Enttäuschung über das Diamond Hill Resort Hotel in Alanya. Für mich hat dieses Hotel den Anspruch eines 5-Sterne-Hotels absolut nicht erfüllt.

Bereits bei unserer Ankunft begann die Enttäuschung. An der Rezeption waren sehr viele Menschen, und für uns war überhaupt nicht ersichtlich, wo die Schlange begann. Nach meiner Erfahrung sollte ein 5-Sterne-Hotel bei einem hohen Gästeaufkommen ausreichend Personal an der Rezeption haben. Hier war jedoch lediglich eine Person für Check-in und Check-out zuständig, während sich eine weitere Person um die Koffer kümmerte.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgangston des Personals. Als wir höflich nachfragten, wo wir uns anstellen sollten, wurden wir direkt mit einem respektlosen „Siehst du es nicht? Hier ist die Schlange.“ angesprochen. Anschließend mussten wir sehr lange warten. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption begrüßte uns nicht einmal und wirkte während des gesamten Vorgangs genervt und unfreundlich.

Als uns schließlich gesagt wurde, dass wir noch etwa zehn Minuten warten sollten, gingen wir kurz nach draußen und kamen nach Ablauf der zehn Minuten wieder zurück. Auch dann wurden wir erneut sehr unfreundlich behandelt ohne richtige Begrüßung und ohne jeglichen freundlichen Umgang.

Leider war unser Eindruck vom gesamten Service ähnlich. Viele Mitarbeiter wirkten auf uns unfreundlich, respektlos und wenig hilfsbereit. Eine ganz besondere Ausnahme war für uns jedoch Mustafa Taskan. Er war ausgesprochen freundlich, respektvoll und aufmerksam. Er fragte immer wieder nach, ob wir etwas benötigen oder ob er uns etwas holen könne. Dafür möchten wir ihm ausdrücklich danken.

The staff were very helpful and responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. Great service — well done and keep it up!

The room cleaning was excellent, and our cleaner was very friendly and polite.

The food was outstanding — all the dishes were well above our expectations. Many thanks to the chef and the kitchen team!

The animation team also did a great job and performed their duties 100%. Well done!

Cons:

The staff did their best, I feel that the hotel itself struggles to handle the number of guests. This often creates very long queues — for food, lifts, ice cream, specific dishes or drinks. Sometimes the queues also lead to disagreements between guests, which unfortunately happened to me as well.

During meals, the staff sometimes make you feel like they are watching and waiting for you to finish. If you haven't even finished eating, the plate can be taken away immediately, which feels a little uncomfortable.

The sound insulation in the room could also be improved. We were given a very nice room, but the balcony door seemed to need some adjustment as it did not provide good sound insulation.

There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. I noticed that there was no trap (siphon) under the sink, which may be the reason for the smell.

Finally, the Wi-Fi was very poor. I expected this to some extent, but it could definitely be improved.

If someone like meat , its ok but food is not too much variable. Good access to bus station and good location for shopping.

Hotel is not 5 star , accommodation is not good, the hotel didn’t have disco , for everything we must stand in line , its not clean hotel special in area , hotel didn’t have enough place but too much people were in hotel . we arrived in hotel kl 5 am , and manager said they couldn’t stay in lobby until kl 14 , after I became angry bcoz I know rules of all inclusive, they apologize about this bad behavior, so also not good welcome hotel. Its had a bad beach, most of the bed near beach its not in good condition. Hotel in lobby, elevator is too much warm. Do not use spa and massage in hotel , its not professional, but hairdresser is so much professional.
