Pros:

Eigendlich muss Ich hier nur negativ Berichten sonst ist es ja dann immer Ausgebucht 😂 Die Lage Ruhig und trotzdem Zentral der Holbeinplatz ist zu Fuß in 2 min erreichbar und von da Straßenbahn in die Stadt z.b. Kröplinerstr. oder S-Bahn nach Warnemünde Wir sind das erstmal Öffis gefahren und haben das Auto stehen lassen. Ansonsten Fussläufig erreichbar Neptun Einkauf Center Werftstr. 10min

Pros:

Es ist ein bisschen wie ein Motel mit dem Auto vor der Tür und kleinen Appartements. Sehr sauber, warm (bei diesen Temperaturen) und sehr günstig gelegenen, in der Nähe des botanischen Gartens und mit Anschluss an alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und trotzdem ruhig.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Rostock und Warnemünde es lohnt sich die Städte zu erkunden.
Pros:

Ruhig, angenehm und dezente Farben alles was man braucht war vorhanden , sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Stressfreier Aufenthalt in Rostock
Pros:

Das Appartement verfügt über eine optimale Ausstattung. Alle technischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei.

Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit der Inhaberfamilie, insbesondere mit Herrn Brunner.

Die gezahlte Kurtaxe hatte den großen Vorteil, dass damit alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kostenlos genutzt werden konnten (außer Molli und Fähren).

Das Appartement liegt verkehrsgünstig und relativ zentrumsnah in der Nähe des Holbeinplatzes mit Haltestellen für S-Bahn sowie für mehrere Straßenbahn- und Buslinien.

Cons:

Der Blick aus dem Fenster des Appartements auf Container für gewerbliche Abfälle. Das Objekt befindet sich direkt neben einem Firmengelände und der Bahnlinie Rostock - Warnemünde. Lärmbelästigungen traten jedoch nicht auf.

In unmittelbarer Nähe des Objektes gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die nächsten Märkte (Rewe, Aldi) sind über 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

So unglaublich tolle Vermieter. Die Sympathie war sofort da und wir sogar noch abends zusammen auf dem Hof gestanden.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar! Das Zimmer war sehr schön, alles neu, sauber und gemütlich – man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Es war angenehm warm, und die Familie Brunner ist unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Man merkt, dass sie sich mit viel Liebe um ihre Gäste kümmern. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!
