Alles war super und wir hatten 4 tolle Tage und Nächte in Rostock und dieser Unterkunft.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage. 15 min Fußweg zum Ostseestadion, für mich als Hansa Fan geht´s gar nicht besser.
5 min Fußweg zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle und zur S-Bahn Station Hohlbeinplatz, von dort ist man mit der Straßenbahn innerhalb von 15 min in der Innenstadt und mit der S-Bahn in 20 min in Warnemünde.
Alternativ kann man auch immer schön am Wasser entlang bis in die Innenstadt laufen, da ist man so ca. 30 min unterwegs. Das Auto haben wir in den 3 Tagen nicht einmal benutzen müssen, einfach top. Einen PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Hof gibt´s noch dazu. Auch gibt es dort die Möglichkeit sein Elektroauto zu laden.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, das Bett war bequem und es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist noch die super nette Gastgeberin, welche uns tolle Tipps gegeben hat um uns mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in Rostock zurecht zu finden.

Cons:

Es gibt an dieser Unterkunft nichts auszusetzen. Für einen Kurztrip ist es perfekt, allein schon von der Lage her.
Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Die zentrale Lage war außergewöhnlich gut. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurden einige Zimmer noch gezeigt. Kann ich sehr gut empfehlen. Würde immer gerne wiederkommen.

Eigendlich muss Ich hier nur negativ Berichten sonst ist es ja dann immer Ausgebucht 😂 Die Lage Ruhig und trotzdem Zentral der Holbeinplatz ist zu Fuß in 2 min erreichbar und von da Straßenbahn in die Stadt z.b. Kröplinerstr. oder S-Bahn nach Warnemünde Wir sind das erstmal Öffis gefahren und haben das Auto stehen lassen. Ansonsten Fussläufig erreichbar Neptun Einkauf Center Werftstr. 10min

Pros:

Es ist ein bisschen wie ein Motel mit dem Auto vor der Tür und kleinen Appartements. Sehr sauber, warm (bei diesen Temperaturen) und sehr günstig gelegenen, in der Nähe des botanischen Gartens und mit Anschluss an alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und trotzdem ruhig.
