位置極佳的優雅住房體驗
Pros:

１・地點很棒，鬧中取靜！！京都旅遊超過五次，烏丸御池附近很多小店和知名景點，距離逛街鬧區走幾分鐘就到，非常方便！！！

２・房間非常寬敞舒適，裝潢稍有耗損，不過都蠻乾淨的。

３・大浴場比我們前幾天住的三井花園三条Premier小了些，Locker／梳妝台／淋浴區／浴池大概都只有一半的空間。毛巾需要從房間帶過去，梳妝區用品也極少。房間內備品較充足。

４・早餐種類不多，但口味都挺好的，還有些京都當地特產食材和麵包！和三井一樣有幾道主菜可選，但廚師手藝更好，非常美味！！！

５・房客可免費使用Lounge享用下午茶和傍晚開始的酒飲和小點。下午茶有青木定治的甜點和飲料各種

Cons:

建議大浴場可以有清楚告示（或是在入住Check in時告知），教外國遊客如何正確使用浴池。第二天晚上使用浴池時，突然看到有個金髮女沒淋浴沖澡就直接泡進來，我發現後立馬跳起來離開。真的很驚悚⋯⋯

Great location, friendly staff and a beautiful room.
Pros:

The room was beautiful- we had a corner room with views and a balcony. Had an opportunity to enjoy the lounge and also had a couple drinks in the lobby bar. The desk staff helped us make dinner reservations and book a tour and were incredibly friendly. The bar tender was great as well- made me an Irish Coffee for St. Patrick's day even though it wasn't on the cocktail menu. The in-room tub/shower combo was luxurious, and the provided lounge wear was a nice touch. Overall, we loved our stay here.

Cons:

The pillows were a little stiff and crunchy.

Beyond my expectations. Staff are the most amazing I’ve ever encountered on a vacation.
Pros:

Location, staff go over and above any other place I’ve ever stayed. I can’t say enough about how well they treat their guests. Good breakfast, and the room was large and well equipped with all the amenities you need.

Pros:

Excellent hotel...centrally located, comfortable and well-appointed rooms, lovely staff and the club level lounge is a nice bonus. Very good breakfast. Highly recommend!
