Prljavo, staro, neprijatan miris, da ne kažem smrad. Sobe su neodrzavane, tepih je bio prljav, kod klime mokar, zidovi prljavi i delom otpali po nameštaju - ni blizu slikama. Nismo ni prenocili, bili smo sa decom i ne preporucujem nikome! Cekam refundaciju

Live roaches crawling around, dead moths in the corner of the room where it hadn't been cleaned, the tub faucet had a steady and audible leak, Tv only got six channels. I'm still waiting for the weekday to contact management about a refund, i cancelled after only spending a few hours in the room.

The cleanliness of the room was not the best. There was a hole in the shower around the shower head. The plastic pieces in the bathroom tub had thick dirty residue on them. We got updraded from a 2 bed queen room, without knowledge to a 1 bed room was told that there was a couch with a pullout bed. There was not, so 3 of us fit on the bed and the other 2 had to sleep on the floor. The jacuzzi tub room we got upgraded to didnt have a stopper for the jacuzzi tub so we had to use a wash cloth...notified the front desk, and youd have to hit the reset button in the bathroom every 10 minutes because it would trip it over and over again. The tub itself was dirty, i had filled it twice and ran nothing but hot water and them wiped it out before my kids could get into it. The pool was down and we werent aware of that either. While at breakfast there was hardly anything to choose from. There was yogurt (probably the safest thing to eat) muffins, and dry ceral. The little fridge that had juice in it had a cockroach sitting inside the fridge. I poured 2 glasses of apple juice for myself and my son and there was black floaties from the container floating in my sons cup. This was one of a couple places that had openings in town. We were only in flint for a night and we were not impressed. We were grossed out, and breakfast wasnt even ready until 710... not to mention the hallways smell terrible, you can tell people live here. Had a guy sitting outside the middle doors, watching us real creepy.

Hole in the ceiling, no smoke detector in the room. Dirty sheets and towels. Nasty sticky stuff on the bathroom floor. Jet tub was mediocre had it been in the middle of the parking lot it would've been 1 million times better. Claimed to serve breakfast. They had nothing but 1 kind of muffin and 2 kinds of cereal a pitcher of juice. Smelled like pee on the 1st floor and weed throughout the 2nd floor. This must be a forgotten building part of Baymont because it is a disgrace

Only complaint I have is the pool is getting redone and I didn't know that till I got here. But I was informed of that when I checked in. So can't say they didn't let me know right up front.

They cancelled my reservations without trying to call me first. We got to town early morning only to find they have my room away and could not check me in. After refusing me a room for myself and partner and our 2 children. The GM finally checked us in to get washed up and ready for the funeral we were in town to attend. What a fiasco considering the event was a traject loss of life. This issue just added insult to injury. Sad & disappointed

We didn't like anything about the hotel

Dirty.floors .bathroom wasn't cleaned .toothpaste.and hair in sink. Left.shortly after.that. turned in key and will.not.be.back.

Everything. The property was filthy. Trash piled up in the hallways. Housekeeping is nonexistent. Carpet was just nasty. Iron board with no iron. Smoke detector was ripped from the wall and left lying on the table. Found the alarm clock on the chair. People living there with pets. Window was open and the screen was busted out lying on the floor. Cleaning cloths for wash cloths. Cigarette burns on the cheap, thin blankets, I slept in my clothes on top of the blanket. Stains on the walls. It was a late booking and I didn't read the reviews.

My husband works in Flint and we had a bowling tournament in Bay City, so he dropped me off and went to work, which means I was stuck. He didn't want to leave me. I actually booked two nights but couldn't do another night. I couldn't get a refund for the first night, but I was able to cancel the second night.

Bed bugs, dirty everything, exposed electrical, no bathroom door, blood on bedding vomit on carpet, mold, the list goes on and they refused to give us a refund. We didn't stay.
