Schönes Hotel mit Super Pool
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Pool war bis 21:00 offen. Das Familienzimmer auf 2 Etagen hatte viel Platz und Stauraum mit gemütlicher Balkon.

A comfortable, friendly, place to regroup after a long trip. I LOVED the outdoor space- pool,
Pros:

Copious breakfast with lunch a variety of breads, pastries( fresh) hams, cheeses , dairy and fruit.

Cons:

Freshen up paint in bathroom and hairdryer could be better- irritating to have it stop every couple of minutes and have to cool down before functioning again.

We had a wonderful stay at Résidence La Réserve. The apartments are spacious, spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, making them ideal for families. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from Geneva while offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Their kindness and willingness to help made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Hospitality of this quality has become quite rare, and the whole team deserves to be congratulated. We would gladly return and highly recommend this property.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist solide. Definitiv in die Jahre gekommen (unsere klospülung ging nicht richtig). Aber tolles Frühstück und der Pool unschlagbar :)

De bons équipements et un personnel très sympathique
Pros:

La résidence est proche d’un arrêt de transports en commun (« Ferney Poteries ») qui permet de rallier Genève facilement.
L’accueil est très cordial et le personnel est sympathique et d’une belle réactivité (quelques soucis techniques ont été réglés rapidement)
La résidence hôtelière est bien équipée avec une climatisation dans le studio, un coin cuisine correctement équipé. De plus il était bien situé, proche de la réception, de la piscine et du petit déjeuner.
De plus la résidence dispose d’une piscine de bonne taille, une salle de sport et un Hammam (que nous n’avons pas testé). Le parking est garanti et inclus dans le prix de location.
Le petit déjeuner est correct du point de vue du choix (salé et/ou sucré), même si les produits sont plutôt basiques en termes de qualité (pas de fait maison à priori)

Quelqu’un passe dans les chambres tous les jours pour rapidement faire le lit et changer, si besoin, des serviettes, etc...

Cons:

En revanche, il serait bon de mettre un balai à disposition car au bout de deux ou trois jours, le sol n’est plus très propre en particulier dans le coin repas. Le ménage une fois par semaine ne suffit pas dans ce cas là.

Si le parc de la résidence est très chouette, on ne peut pas en dire autant du quartier. La résidence est proche d’une zone commerciale veillotte, une rue assez circulante passe à proximité et l’aéroport de Genève n’est pas loin (et fenêtre ouverte cela s’entend parfois)

Mauvaise expérience
Pros:

L'emplacement, proche de l'aéroport et le petit déjeuner car nous sommes revenus pour le prendre le lendemain matin.

Cons:

L'accueil, la chambre n'était pas prête à 16h et nous avons attendu jusqu'à 18h. La chambre devait être prête à 15h. La chambre était sale, pas accueillante, il faisait extrêmement chaud et ça sentait le vieux, le renfermé. Ayant des doutes sur la propreté (nous étions avec nos enfants) nous sommes allés dormir dans un autre hôtel.

Een hotel met plussen en minnen, je kan makkelijk de bus pakken naar Genève.

Het zwembad en de groene tuin zijn top, en het personeel is vriendelijk.

Ingenting, det är inte i närheten av vad de visar på bilderna, servicen är under all kritik.

Cons:

Inget var bra, det var smitisigt, äckligt, stank, personalen var otrevliga och omänskliga.
