Zeer klote vanaf dag nr 1 toen onze suite niet beschikbaar was !

Wij hebben een suite gereserveerd betaald en alles erop en eraan ! Toen we aankwamen sturen Arnold een sms dan nog voor te zeggen dat de suite wordt gerenoveerd wat natuurlijk belachelijk is dan had deze niet te huur moeten staan in Booking !

Cons:

Pretty much everything...would not recommend at all.

Everything was outdated and old in the room, nothing like the images they have on the listing.

The TV only played a couple of channels, with no options for YouTube, Netflix etc...or casting options.

The shower drains terribly...would flood after just a minute in the shower. Fixtures in the toilet were rusting/rusty. Towels provided were yellowing.

La bonne accueil des personnels Mr sinane pour son aceuil à la réception, ainsi que le bon service, sans oublier le bon emplacement de l’hôtel sur une très belle vue sur le bosphore
