Great staff in a prime location!
Pros:

The staff really make this a great place to stay.
My fourth time to stay here and they just finished some remodeling which turned out well.
The restaurant, bar, and breakfast were all good.
Though right on Bangla Road, my room was quiet and the rooftop is nice.
Jungceylon Mall is just a 5 minute walk away.

Cons:

The price markup for the holiday was a bit much but probably right in line with

الموقع جيد جدًا وقريب من المطاعم العربية، وحجم الغرفة مناسب الإطلالة على المسبح لكن للأسف خلف المسبح توجد منطقة مهملة أثرت على المشهد العام

تجربة التعامل مع موظفي الاستقبال كانت مخيبة للآمال؛ حيث شعرت بعدم الترحيب وكأن وجود النزيل عبء عليهم، خاصة عند تسجيل الدخول، وكذلك عند طلبي لخدمة الغسيل من أحد الموظفين. الانطباع العام كان بعيدًا عن المهنية المتوقعة من فندق.
كما أن ملايات السرير وبعض المناشف بدت قديمة وتحتاج إلى تجديد، وهو أمر لا يتماشى مع مستوى الفندق أو سعر الإقامة.
مقارنة بفنادق أخرى في بوكيت وبانكوك، كان مستوى الاستقبال والخدمة أقل بكثير. وبالنظر إلى أن السعر مرتفع، كنت أتوقع فخامة أعلى وتعاملًا أكثر لياقة، لكن ذلك لم يتحقق للأسف.
كنت قد حجزت الإقامة لمدة ثلاثة أيام فقط ، وبعد انتهائها قررت تغيير الفندق إلى فندق آخر في نفس المنطقة لقضاء بقية الإجازة، وهناك وجدت فرقًا واضحًا جدًا في مستوى التعامل والخدمة.
