Comfortable stay and very clean room.
Pros:

The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. Enjoyed having a patio. Breakfast was ample and enjoyable. We also enjoyed the larger pool.

Great location, wonderful staff; relaxing time with my husband
Pros:

breakfast was hearty; location was perfect to get to hikes and uptown. we had a room issue at check in and it was resolved quickly and definitely to our satisfaction

I wish there was a dresser or someplace to keep our clothes in a drawer- we had an open bookcase type thing

Great location, beautiful pool and clean rooms!
Pros:

wonderful location - we walked to a lot of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was really good and they even had to-go containers if you wanted to hike and then eat in your room later. Beautiful pool and clean rooms too.

Excellent location, good food : value for money.
Pros:

Wide spread for breakfast. Great location - so driving to all hiking spots and evening outs was super comfortable.

View had cathedral rock right in front of us. Even if not. Each room has a great view.

Cons:

Room service could be better - especially for non-standard requirements like tea etc.

Magic stay in Sedona.
Pros:

Very comfortable stay. Loved the bed & silky smooth sheets. Spacious room and bathroom. Parking was free and right next to our room. This made bringing in all our bags so easy. Great location.

very good location in Sedona with a friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Great location and an excellent breakfast was offered daily. The coffee was superb. The concierge, Jackie, was extremely helpful with both suggestions and securing tickets for the Verde Valley Railway.

Cons:

The room was dark and there was no place to put a suitcase or clothes. The first day no one cleaned the room and the shower flooded the floor so we had a lot of dirty towels.

Nope. Front desk staff was rude multiple times. Room was dirty. Had to make requests for standard cleaning.
Pros:

Th location is good with a great fire pit set up and view. The breakfast is satisfying and the concierge was helpful.

Cons:

I had two interactions with the front desk and as soon as they saw my reservation was made through a 3rd party their tone changed, they were not helpful and I felt like I was being treated like a second class citizen. I wanted to extend my stay and they wanted to charge almost double of what I was paying. I had been a guest for 6 nights and they made no effort to keep my business or show any appreciation at all. Even though it was inconvenient to pack up and change hotels for one night, I did just upon principle.
Also, housekeeping only makes beds and changes towels on a daily basis. They do not wipe out the sinks or counter tops, vacuum or sweep. Floors had not been cleaned well when I checked in. I asked the front desk and they said I have to make a special request to have the bathroom counters and sinks wiped down or the floors vacuumed. I travel a lot. 3-4 continents a year and this was the first time I have had to make that request.

Great location and wonderful breakfast. We have stayed here several times in years past and were looking forward to the sunset and sunrise from the upper part of the property but that is no longer accessible.
