The staff alone is worth the stay
Pros:

Booked this hotel just in time for the Super Bowl and needed to make some tricky arrangements to have things shipped in advance. Greg & Brian understood my concern and make me rest assured that they would take care of it. My request had several moving parts but their confidence made me feel at ease and when I arrived, everything was in place and perfect. They actually went above and beyond to take care of some things I didn’t anticipate and made my first trip to San Fran memorable. I fully intend on staying here again in the future.

The room was clean and comfortable and the subtle amenities were welcomed.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating

Highly recommended for that alone.

Rooms were a bit small but I didn’t spring for a suite but it was good enough for what we needed.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Club Quarters Hotel Embarcadero in San Francisco. The moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere — the staff went out of their way to be friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit, offering great local tips and making check-in and check-out seamless.
The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. It’s right in a safe, vibrant area of the city, just a short walk to spots like the Ferry Building, piers, Chinatown and North Beach, with plenty of great dining and sightseeing options nearby. Public transport is easy to reach too, making exploring San Francisco effortless.
Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet — excellent value for money. I really appreciated thoughtful touches around the property, like complimentary water stations, guest lounge and laundry facilities.
What really stood out was how professional but friendly and helpful the team were.
Overall, this hotel strikes a great balance of location, comfort and service — especially for travellers who want a clean, convenient base with exceptional staff hospitality in the heart of San Francisco.
