Way below average. Very poor. Wont visit again.
Pros:

Nothing really. Available parking at 15£ per day wasn’t bad.

Cons:

Very small room. Small bed with bad mattress. No facilities in the room. No toiletries. Staff entered the room without permission.

Pros:

Managed to park my car about 200m away on the same street. I could have parked opposite but it's quite a busy road. Point is there is street parking.

A good value spot in easy reach of Wembley
Pros:

The location was great for visiting Wembley Arena, there is a bus from outside the hotel to the Arena. Staff were pleasant and the hotel is good value for what I paid. Room was clean and had a fridge and microwave as well as a kettle. Food available in the cafe was cheap and cheerful.

Cons:

The shower wasn't in the best condition.

The stuff was very polite and friendly, very helpful, and the breakfast were really good,

Cons:

In the room, the bedside lamps were broken, and there were no glasses to drink water. The towel hooks in the bathroom were broken, the shower made a strange noise, and the shower gel was finished.

I know the property. Stayed many times before

Cons:

The noise from the roads was unspeakable. Thought the windows are sound proof but not. It was a weekend and a road rage going on . Couldn’t sleep all night. Disappointed

Lovely
Pros:

Hotel was lovely, staff were fantastic and food delicious. Room was also great for my parents need and they really enjoyed there stay after a hospital visit just up the road.

Cons:

Paid extra for a room with a Wembley view and didn't get that, traffic very loud all night so could do with some ear plugs.

es hat uns gefallen, dass das Badezimmer sauber und neu war

Es war so extrem klein... wir schätzen 6 Quadratmeter, Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen, wir haben uns extrem unwohl gefühlt.. durch diese Enge ...es hat nicht mal ein Stuhl reingepasst und wir mussten die ganze Zeit auf dem Bett sitzen, bewegen konnte man sich in dem Zimmer nicht, weil kein Platz war... das Badezimmer hatte ca. zwei Quadratmeter ...verbunden mit der Schiebetür...eine normale Tür hätte gar nicht reingepasst, dann hätte man sie nicht öffnen können, weil kein Platz war in dem Zimmer, die Betten waren so mega klein wir konnten uns kaum bewegen und direkt an die Wand geschoben, wo die Jalousie auch hing an die man die ganze Zeit gegen gekommen ist und abgedunkelt haben sie das Zimmer auch nicht... die ganze Nacht war das Zimmer hell erleuchtet durch die Straßenlaterne, es kam alles durch die Jalousie. Wir konnten nicht schlafen und haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Frühstück gab es extrem spät dadurch mussten wir länger ausharren, wir waren froh als wir weg waren.
