Prima ontbijt, alleen een beetje weinig volkorenbrood….

Cons:

Omdat we een grotere huurauto hadden meegekregen dan gedacht was het nogal een avontuur om die zonder schade op de gereserveerde plaats in de hotelparkeerkelder te krijgen. De hotelwebsite laat een foto van een totaal andere, ruime en moderne garage zien!

Perfekter Stopover in bester Lage

Die Lage, die Ruhe, die Größe des Zimmers, die Betten, einfach alles. Darüber hinaus wurde unser Hündchen mit Liegebett empfangen, worin er sehr gut schlief. Am besten war der Service, sehr freundlich und gut.

Boa, mas não encantadora.

Da localização do hotel, onde fiquei pela segunda vez.

Cons:

Ficamos pela primeira vez neste hotel quase logo à sua abertura.
Julgava-o mais renovado, atentos os anos decorridos.
O meu quarto precisa de renovação, pois apresenta sinais evidentes de desgaste nos móveis e no chão.
O édredão era demasiado quente o que acarretava uma noite mal dormida.
Não existia no quarto banco para pousar mala.
Finalmente, quando todos os hotéis oferecem hoje uma garrafa de água de boas vindas, neste hotel isso não é prática.

Habitación y aseo muy espaciosos, aunque al aseo se accede a través de escaleras por lo que no es recomendable para personas con movilidad reducida (nosotros no tuvimos problemas)

Perfecta ubicación y vistas en Salamanca

L ubicación y la terraza de la habitación con vistas espectaculares a la Catedral de Salamanca.

Cons:

La calefacción de nuestra habitación parecía estar continuamente encendida y tuvimos que pedir varios dias que la apagaran de modo remoto porqué no conseguíamos apagarla desde el control de la habitación.

Cons:

The pet policy was NOT clear or previously made public or in any way made known to me. I traveled with my partner and our small dog and, upon arrival, the receptionist told me it was absolutely forbidden to leave our dog alone in the room, thus making it impossible for us to go to dinner at any decent restaurant. It was freezing cold and we could not eat outside and no restaurant allows pets inside.
Our getaway was completely ruined as a consequence of the lack of policy publicity.
I would NOT recommend this hotel if you travel with a pet.
