Cons:

It was very run down, broken glass in elevators, dirty, housekeeping was poor and non existent some days, air con didnt work properly, breakfast is really awful and staff dont make any effort at all.

Шикарные большие апартаменты с двумя санузлами с спальней, гостиной зоной и кухней со всем надлежащим оборудованием, посуда предоставилась по запросу, уборка ежедневная, отличное состояние мебели, постельного белья и полотенец.

Cons:

Очень далеко от старого города, общественный транспорт очень неудобен. Но, собственно, жилье бронировалось для иных целей так что нареканий нет

Wir haben ein kostenfreies Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten, was wir als äußerst positiv empfunden haben. Das Personal zeichnete sich durch eine hohe Kundenorientierung aus und erkundigte sich proaktiv nach unserer Zufriedenheit. Wir durften eine voll ausgestattete Wohneinheit mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern sowie eigener Küche und Waschmaschine beziehen. Zudem verfügt das Hotel über einen Indoor-Spielbereich, der unseren Kindern im Alter von zwei und vier Jahren viel Freude bereitete. Wir planen einen erneuten Aufenthalt, werden dann jedoch das Frühstücksangebot nicht in Anspruch nehmen.

Cons:

Bezüglich meiner bereits erwähnten Kritikpunkte möchte ich anmerken, dass das Frühstücksangebot nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprach. Insbesondere die Verwendung von Einweggeschirr sowie die zusätzliche Kostenpflicht für Eierspeisen, wie etwa Omeletts, empfand ich als unangemessen. Zudem war die Präsentation des Buffets insgesamt wenig ansprechend.

Het is zeker wel een aanrader.
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Ik ben heel goed geholpen door Melisa en haar collega Mahmut. Ook toen we een dag langer wilden blijven is dit gelijk geregeld. Kymbat zorgde voor de schoonmaak van de kamers. Ook een super lieve en behulpzame vrouw. Het ontbijt zag er ook allemaal goed uit.

I had a very good experience at Wanda Vista Istanbul. The hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Civa and Okan for being extremely helpful, kind, and professional. They made our stay even more enjoyable. I really appreciate their excellent service and hospitality. Highly recommended!

The stuff at the reception was very nice

That it’s newer than the last hotel that I stayed in at Istanbul City.

Cons:

It was not well maintained. Noisy bathroom air vent, unsafe creaking shower glass door and a TV that was not working as the antenna had been ripped out from the wall. And also some QR codes to services were also not working/ downloading properly. The room services food choices were poor. And buffet breakfast the next morning was packed with very hungry and greedy guests who acted like they’ve been in a famine.
