Staff were nice and the Spa in the hotel were good

Cons:

The room was not cleaned properly upon arrival. The towels had an unpleasant smell, which was quite disappointing. It was also very noisy—even with the windows closed, traffic noise from the road and cars was clearly noticeable.

Additionally, the shampoo and shower gel provided were of very low quality and did not meet expectations, especially considering the overall price and Stars.
