Another beatiful stay at the Mornington Kensnington.
Pros:

The staff is kind and extremely helpful. They were friendly, accommodating, and always available with a smile to help. The breakfast is excellent.

Отличный отель, 5 мин от станции метро, обе линии идут или в центр, или в аэропорт Хитроу. Мы бронировали Представительский номер и при заселении нам сделали бесплатный апгрейд до Семейного номера. Номер был хороших размеров, высокие потолки, красивые окна. Необыкновенно чистый, новый и уютный, косметика Rituals. Персонал очень вежливый, в номере тепло.
Шикарный завтрак с красной рыбой, авокадо, ягодами, круассанами и прочим, так же горячее заказываешь по меню (омлет, скрембл и оч много добавок от сосисок, бекона до овощей, панкейки, каши)

Единственное, неудобная узкая раковина, когда умываешься - вода разливается на пол(

Excellent hotel - would highly recommend!
Pros:

The staff are exemplary. Location is excellent and the rooms are ideal. Exactly what I need!

Cons:

I wish for two things:
1. A harder pillow option. Having 4 pillows is great, but they are all so incredibly soft
2. I wish the TV options were updated to allow screen share on iPhone or sports channels

Razoavel mas caro.
Pros:

Rua tranquila. Perto do metro. Pequeno-almoço razoavel. Bom atendimento.

Cons:

O elevador não funcionou durante os 4 dias.
No primeiro dia, tocou o alarme por engano de madrugada (1am).
Só trocaram de toalhas a meu pedido no terceiro dia.
