Pros:

The hotel staff were AMAZING. Honestly fantastic - and I want to make sure that the review is absolutely clear that the people working there are beyond wonderful. They honestly went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We are greatful for that!
The totel itself is very pleasant. We loved the pool, outdoor areas - lovely grass part with plenty of shade and loungers. I went with 3 friends - we stayed in 2 rooms. The bedroom itself was clean, well appointed and comfortable (I found bed a bit too hard but this is personal preference). Bedding was comfortable, bathroom had everything we needed.

Жаль что к морю сразу нет выхода,нужно уходить в сторону городского пляжа.

Pros:

Хорошая красивая зелёная территория ухоженная

Хорошая расположение море обрыв у скалы волны всё топ

Ресторан маленький по шведскому столу ну в целом всё хорошо еда вкусная

Cons:

Старые номера с видом на море старая сантехника старая ванная

Первый день вода не уходила, просили сантехника. Так же кран плохо регулировал горячую холодную воду

Для пятизвёздочного отеля можно было бы номер конечно и получше по условиям внутренняя отделки

The hotel has very good facilities
Pros:

-The views from the garden were absolutely astonishing. It covers a large parcel of sea (no beach access) and the sunset is stunning to watch.
-The sunbeds close to the main pool were difficult to get, but there were plenty of other sunbeds available at any time which were even better: double sunbeds more isolated and intimate as well as many sunbeds in a sandy area closer to the sea or in the grass with a direct view to the sea.

This is a beautiful hotel, but what really made our stay special was the warmth and kindness of the staff. There was genuinely nothing we asked for that was met with a “no”, everything was handled with incredible generosity, willingness to help, and always with a smile.

The hotel itself is lovely, with beautiful outdoor areas, a large pool, and plenty of comfortable seating. There is also easy access to a sandy beach just a short walk from the hotel, which was a wonderful bonus.

A very special thank you to the amazing girls at the spa. The service was simply perfect! professional, warm and attentive, with every treatment delivered with a smile. They truly went above and beyond and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Excellent location on the beachfront of Cloraka PAPHOS

Cons:

The property is good friendly, and the location is perfect at the beachfront of PPHOS Cyprus
A lot or foreign tourist from all over the universe, are visiting and stay in the hotel
They offer a very rich breakfast, you get a complementary house wine, fruits etc.
It worth visiting the place

בילוי כיד המלך במלון בפאפוס .
Pros:

1. תודעת שירות מצד הסטאפ ובכלל מעל למצופה !
הצוות התגייס לעזור בכל מה שנדרש ונענה לכל הבקשות .
הצ'יק אווט היה בשעה 12:00 אך הטיסה היתה בשעה 16:30
בקבלה האריכו לנו את מועד העזיבה בשעתיים נוספות בחיוך רחב וללא כל חיוב נוסף .
2. בעת ההזמנה ביקשנו חדר רגיל, כשהגענו למלון הופתענו ששודרגנו לסוויטה יפיפיה הפונה לבריכה ולים ללא כל תוספת בתשלום .
3.רמת הניקיון בחדרים גבוהה מאד .
שמנו לב שבודקים את רמת ניקיון החדר פעמיים ביום , בד"כ בפעם השניה משאירים גם שוקלדים על המיטה .
4.המתקנים של המלון איכותיים מאד וחדישים, הבריכה כייפית וגם השטח המגודרהצופה לים .
5. ארוחות הבוקר עשירות מאד ועולות באיכות ובכמות על הרבה בתי מלון באותה דרגה ששהינו בהם .

Cons:

הנקודה אולי היחידה שהציקה לנו , ריחוק המלון מהמרכז .
במקרה שלנו שכרנו אוטו משדה התעופה .

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms and suites. Breakfast was excellent as expected and there is a wonderful supervised playroom for young children to keep occupied. The dedicated adults-only pool area is a welcome amenity. Pleasant staff and enjoyable events planned during the evenings. Overall hospitality was of high standard.

Cons:

I have the impression the hotel is understaffed. Not enough people (hardly any) to take drink orders, serve and clean the pool or lobby areas.
