חופשה משפחתית נפלאה – לכל הגילאים. נחזור בשמחה
Pros:

המלון יפהפה, מטופח ומתאים לכולם – מהילדים והסטודנטים ועד לסבתא בת ה-81. אהבנו מאוד את ההפרדה באזור הבריכה ובחדר האוכל בין אזור המבוגרים לאזורי המשפחות.
לקחנו 5 חדרים שהיו מרווחים, נקיים ומעולים:
חדר נגיש שהתאים באופן מושלם לחמותי שמתניידת עם הליכון.
סוויטת פרימיום למשפחה, עם מיטת ספה נוחה ומרווחת לילדים (בני 5 ו-10).
3 חדרים זוגיים מצוינים.
האוכל במלון מצוין ובשפע. הארוחה במסעדה האיטלקית הייתה נפלאה (מומלץ להזמין מקום שבועיים מראש!). הצוות הלך לקראתנו לפנים משורת הדין והסדיר לנו ארוחת ערב במסעדה גם ביום שבו חלקנו כבר פינינו את החדרים. תודה לרוזליה ולכל הצוות. הצוות אנושי, חם ומסביר פנים בכל מחלקה – בקבלה, בניקיון, במסעדות ובספא. כל בקשה נענתה בחיוך ובחפץ לב. אין ספק שאנחנו עוד נחזור למלון הזה!

Cons:

כדאי לשקול להציב קנקן מים על כל שולחן בחדר האוכל לרווחת האורחים, ובמידת האפשר לסיים את ניקיון החדרים לפני שעות הצהריים. תשומת לב שצריך להביא שנאי למכשירי הטלפון השקעים- הם כמו באנגליה.

היה כייף,רגוע,ומאוד נהנינו.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצויינת,מבחר גדול של ביצים,לחמים,סלטים טריים,דגנים,מתוקים,קינוחים ואוכל חם.היה הכי כייף לשבת בחוץ תחת העצים,מול הבריכה.
החדרים היו נקיים,מאובזרים.החליפו לנו מגבות כמעט כל יום,סבונים ושמפו כמה שרצינו.בקבוקי מים כל יום,קבלת פנים עם פירות,מים ויין.שירות מעולה.כשהגענו ביקשנו ספה נוספת בחדר המשפחה שהזמנו.טיפלו בעניין ללא בעיות ועד הערב סיפקו אותה.הבריכה הייתה כייפית ומרווחת לא הורגשה צפיפות.יש מדשאות מוצלות גדולות.מועדון ילדים שהנכדים נהנו בו מאוד.אנחנו לקחנו הכל כלול,ולא היה חסר לנו דבר.יש ספא וחדר כושר,לא השתמשנו.יש חופים במרחק הליכה,בית קפה,טברנה,חנות נוחות.

הדבר היחידי הטעון שיפור רציני זו ההתנהלות מול הזמנת מקום במסעדות a-la-carte.לא מוזכר שום דבר באתר booking בזמן ההזמנה,ועל אף ששלחתי מייל למלון עם שאלה בעניין,לא קיבלתי תשובה לגבי הזמנת מקום במסעדות.כשהגענו,הודיעו לנו שכל המסעדות(5!) Fully booked עד סוף השבוע...אתם רציניים? זה מאוד איכזב אותנו.לא אכלנו בשום מסעדה באף ערב,פרט לחדר האוכל.למרות שהזמנו 4 לילות,הכל כלול,ובדף ה welcome בפירוש רשום שאנחנו יכולים ללכת פעמיים למסעדת Cipro ועוד פעמיים למסעדות נוספות.לא היה מקום משלישי עד שישי.

Great place !
Pros:

Location is right by the sea which is lovely and wild in Paphos area. The hotel was full but due to a plenty of space outdoors, not overcrowded. Lots of trees and shade, lots of isolated spots to chill if you prefer to relax away from the pool and the noise. Everyone polite and helpful. Kids loved the evening shows and playrooms.

-The views from the garden were absolutely astonishing. It covers a large parcel of sea (no beach access) and the sunset is stunning to watch.
-The sunbeds close to the main pool were difficult to get, but there were plenty of other sunbeds available at any time which were even better: double sunbeds more isolated and intimate as well as many sunbeds in a sandy area closer to the sea or in the grass with a direct view to the sea.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the organisation and overall guest experience did not feel at the level of a five-star hotel.

Amongst others:
-We had specifically requested a double bed and the hotel had confirmed in writing that we would have a “normal sized double bed”, but in reality it was two separate mattresses pushed together. They moved apart and the gap between them was very noticeable.
-Our requested check-in time of 2–3 pm had also been confirmed in advance, but despite arriving at 2:10 pm, our room was not ready until much later.
-Restaurant reservations were another quite frustrating issue. We were in bed & breakfast. We arrived on Wednesday for a three-night stay and initially found that it was impossible to book any of the à la carte restaurants during our stay because they were fully booked. We were eventually offered a solution only after complaining many times and spending a lot of time in that. At the Italian restaurant, we were also surprised to find that the antipasti buffet involved an additional charge of €20 per person; this should, in our opinion, have been communicated much more clearly in advance.
-Housekeeping was inconsistent, with towels or other basic room items sometimes missing after the room had been cleaned.
-Adults-only areas were also not always respected.
-More generally, some communal areas felt overcrowded and rather chaotic. There were queues for breakfast and sometimes even for the lifts. Breakfast in particular could feel extremely hectic, with lots of families and children and very little sense of a relaxing five-star experience.
-The rooms’ amenities were oldish: leaking tap, very low pressure shower.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good, you have a lot to choose from. The pool is awesome, the location is good, you have a bus stop near the hotel and a few places to eat near the hotel.
The hotel is very pretty and the promenade is nice. The beach is rocky.

Cons:

August is very busy, if you don't get to breakfast early there's a 10 min wait. Also housekeeping took till evening a few times
