Nice food at breakfast - loved the fresh fruit everyday too
Large room with a comfy bed and every amenity you could need
Its a bit of a walk to the restaurants and bars, we were recommended not to get taxi's due to overcharging. The walk was fine and never felt unsafe, but unavoidable if you want to leave the hotel.

No es lujo, es un buen hotel pero el precio es excesivo y el discurso del hotel habla de un hotel que es de lo mejor.
Es un hotel que esta bien. La alberca es pequeña, el gimnasio es demasiado básico y las maquinas no son buenas. Insisto es un buen hotel pero no para pagar 600 dólares o 700 dólares la noche.
Ahi radica el gran problema.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Wir haben hier den besten Service überhaupt genießen können. Alle Angestellten sind super hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Essen schmeckte wunderbar und das Zimmer war ein Traum. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! ❤️
Leider sind aktuell überall Algen am Strand. Vor dem Hotel jedoch deutlich weniger als anderenorts. An den Stränden in der Nähe konnte man kaum noch ins Wasser. Da hatten wir wirklich noch Glück.

S’il faut donner un point négatif je mettrais quelques tableaux muraux dans les chambres mais c’est un détail !

We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help, which made us feel truly welcome from the first moment.
The facility itself is amazing — beautiful, very comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Our room was gorgeous and equipped with everything one could need. We especially appreciated the generous number of towels, which is a small detail but made a big difference for us.
The food was excellent, and we loved the option to have breakfast delivered to our room at no additional cost. Enjoying breakfast on our beautiful balcony was a real highlight of our stay.
While the hotel is on the pricier side, it is absolutely in line with Tulum prices, and you really get something special for your money. The beach area is very nice as well, with great service that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time.
Thank you again for this wonderful stay — we would definitely love to come back!
If I had to find something… there was a humming sound all the time sonewhere close to our room like from a generator or something - it was a bit annoying in the beginning, but we got used to it and it didn‘t bother us.

Also breakfast, although already prepaid, staff was hungry for tips.
