Great location, quiet, clean and comfortable
Scaffolding outside the window
This hotel was unbelievably well located, especially for Broadway and the subway. Everyone that we encountered was extremely helpful and kind. Concierge was incredibly helpful, explaining the subway system and made it so easy and manageable for us. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and we will definitely stay there again if given the chance.

The Knickerbocker was such a pleasant surprise!
The accommodations were amazing and the staff was very friendly. Reasonably priced and great location to get around.
We had a great time. The location could not have been better and the service was amazing. It was nice to have a quite safe space in the chaos of Times Square.
The hosts were fantastic, the doormen were great and the breakfast team- specifically Gania was amazing.

My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights. From Checkin to Checkout the whole week was superb! Fantastic service, Big double bed room, very nice breakfast and convenient to subway stops. Although it was in a busy location in Manhattan it was extremely quiet inside the hotel rooms and the restaurants. Our server Gania was a delight each morning!!

The best hotel in New York we have stayed in many . The staff are a credit to you especially the breakfast staff we had lovely chats with Gania she was so lovely and could not do enough for you . The bedrooms are spotless and the rooms very comfortable. Highly recommend.

This was a lovely stay
This hotel is in the perfect location: minutes from the Broadway theaters, steps from the subway. The Big Bus tours pick up right in front of the hotel doors. You will not find a more convenient hotel. The staff was always kind, courteous, and ready to assist. This is a gorgeous hotel and was the icing on our cake for an amazing trip to NYC.
Fantastic experience at the excellent Knickerbocker Hotel. It’s unquestionably the best hotel in the area and the staff are nothing short of amazing. The dining revenues, housekeeping, front desk are outstanding. Shoutouts to Gania and Houcine in Charlie Palmer and Luz along with the entire front desk team. Looking forward to coming again.
