Небольшой уютный отель в модном районе Стамбула
Pros:

Приветливый персонал (говорят по-русски), хороший номер, все супер чисто и комфортно. Вкусные завтраки, отличное местоположение недалеко от площади Таксим и улицы Истикляль.

Great hotel to explore the city
Pros:

The hotel is in a nice location, the staff are really friendly and happy to assist. Our room was beautiful, clean and had all the necessary amenities. Although the hotel is close to bars you don't hear any noise at night.

Cons:

The room although beautiful was lacking storage for clothes. There were some hangers in a nook and nothing else. It would also be great if there was a chair or a stool for seating.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was great, but what impressed us the most was the staff — they were incredibly attentive, friendly, kind, and always ready to help. The rooms were lovely, and we really liked the overall concept and atmosphere of the hotel. It truly felt as if we were visiting someone’s home rather than staying at a hotel. Very charming, cozy, and boutique-style hotel.
Pros:

A true gem! As a frequent traveler, I was deeply impressed by the hospitality here. The hotel is small, cozy, and feels like home. A huge thanks to the staff for being so attentive and kind, incredibly polite and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight — a perfect variety of hot and cold dishes. Great location, too. Highly recommended, and I’ll certainly return!

Отель соответствует своему названию
Pros:

Дизайн номера и отеля, доброжелательность сотрудников, месторасположение.
Было очень приятно, придя вечером в номер получить комплимент от отеля на семейное торжество

Cons:

В ночь с субботы на воскресенье на улице до 3 часов было очень-очень шумно, наглухо закрытые окна и беруши не помогли, при бронировании номера на выходные стоит это учитывать

Pros:

Прекрасное место расположение в самом центре, но на тихой улочке.
Отель маленький и очень комфортный. Персонал любезный, старается выполнить все просьбы клиента. Вначале было размещение на втором этаже, попросила поменять номер- предоставили сразу же другой комфортный номер.
Оставались на 4 ночи- остались очень довольны, вернёмся еще раз.

Good stuff, clean rooms
Pros:

Gentle and very helpfull stuff, the room was small but you have everything you need. The cleaning was also exellent.
Location is fine, but if you are comming by foot be ready to climb a bit to reach the hotel.

1. Дружелюбный русскоязычный персонал, оказывают во всем содействие.
2. Стильные красивые номера.
3. Чисто.

Cons:

Завтрак оставляет желать лучшего. Может нам просто неудачно приготовили омлет, завтракали один день, был зажарен, зелени и овощей почти не было.

Perfect verblijf in het Soul hotel in Istanbul!
Pros:

Het Soul hotel was perfect en zelfs nog boven verwachting goed! Het is sfeervol, charmant en zeer schoon. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzame mensen die hier werken. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk. De wijk is centraal, hip en gezellig met veel winkeltjes, cafés en restaurants.

Невероятный исторический интерьер отеля, включая номер. Удобное расположение относительно всех основных достопримечательностей, рядом огромное множество кофеен и ресторанов на любой вкус. Удобный не слишком резкий подъем как от улицы Истикляль, так и от Галата порта. Очень внимательный и вежливый персонал. Хороший завтрак, включая горячее по меню. Обязательно вернемся и всем рекомендуем.
