الموظفون لطيفون، الغرف واسعة ونظيفة، المكان قريب من محطة ترام (جونجوران) تقريباً 3 دقائق مشي، يوجد موقف سيارات في الأسفل.

Cons:

Είναι σε βολική τοποθεσία λόγω του τραμ.
Πολύ βολικό το υπόγειο πάρκινγκ.
Το wi-fi μια χαρά, το δωμάτιο πάρα πολύ μεγάλο όπως και η τουαλέττα πολύ ευρύχωρη.
Ευπρόσδεκτα τα καθημερινά δυο μπουκαλάκια νερού.
Το πρωινό αρκετά πλούσιο με αρκετές επιλογές για όλα τα γούστα.
Το προσωπικό αρκετά πρόσχαρο.

Cons:

Το πόμολο απο την μπαλκονόπορτα δεν έκλεινε καλά μ' αποτέλεσμα ν' ακούγεται λίγο η φασαρία του κεντρικού δρόμου.
Ο ανεμιστήρας στην τουαλέττα δεν δούλευε.
Το πάπλωμα για το διπλό κρεβάτι είναι λίγο μικρό.
Στην κράτηση που έκανα μέσω της πλατφόρμας booking δεν ανέφερε πουθενά ότι γίνεται ανακαίνιση στον χώρο του spa - γυμναστηρίου - πισίνας πράγμα τ' οποίο μας ενόχλησε.
Επειδή είχαμε ξαναμεινει πριν τέσσερα χρόνια και είχαμε μείνει πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι αυτή την φορά δεν μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι.

The hotel is perfect, the person in the reception Kaan was the best of my visit he arrange a Tours that were planed for me abile i was staying booked all taxi and the best taxi and driver, everything want so good i recomed you to stay at this hotel and ask for Kaan and his staff

La baignoire n a jamais était lavé étant donné qu il était presque bouchée l eau s évacuant lentement, les traces de saletés étaient visibles
