Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. De kamer was groot en een fijn bed.

Cons:

Elke ochtend om 6 uur gaat de moskee af, dit staat nergens vermeld bij het hotel. Dit geluid gaat zo hard dat je rechtop in je bed zit.

Struttura carina e pulita. Personale addetto colazioni e pulizia cordiale e sorridente

Cons:

Ambiente freddo, l’ addetta alla reception, al momento del check in sembrava addirittura scocciata. Piscina con 4 lettini, non si può fare nulla, divieti per tutto. Camere senza finestra, non hai neanche la possibilità di stendere il costume bagnato o l asciugamano. Su booking e sul cartello all ingresso dicono di fare servizio di lavanderia a pagamento invece non è vero. Colazione povera e scarsa.

Decent for the price but could be improved further
Pros:

The bed was quite comfortable but the pillows was a little bit too hard and stuffed making it slightly uncomfortable. The pool was very nice with a good temperature of the water.

Cons:

We had difficulty sleeping during the last day due to knocking from the staff in the middle of the night accusing that we were making noice which had been complained by a nearby room. We then woke up by the prayer very early which was slightly irritated as we had already been woken up one time. But this matter is understandable due to religious beliefs and cannot be changed.

We asked for room cleaning since we are catching up a tour after doming back we saw that there is still a sachet of chips on the room. The breakfast was alright but had mostly just simple options available and the orange juice was a mixed oranges juice with water. This is something I believe is not up to standard for breakfast and should be improved.

The staff didn’t feel very approachable and felt like they were just getting by the day with minimum effort regarding the approach for guests.

This hotel should be advertised as a Muslim Hotel. No bikinis in the swimming pool allowed only full bathers, no alcohol allowed on premises, & the call to prayer is blasted through speakers around the hotel at 6:30am for an entire hour!

There is no sound proofing in the rooms so you can hear people entire conversation in the hall way, and you will not be able to sleep through the call of prayer since it is extremely loud.

Full of mosquitos.

The receptionists are also extremely rude!
