Pros:

Très bon accueil, le personnel est adorable, serviable et extrêmement poli. Notre chambre était propre, confortable.

Pleasant and comfortable in suburban setting
Pros:

It was in a lovely setting! It felt pleasant. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The building had a pleasant feel, and there’s some nice greenery nearby. Also it’s wonderfully quiet!

Cons:

The hotel is a little tired, but is still great at the price. I think the breakfast rate was a little high. There was no air conditioning in my room, but the window did open so it was still possible to control the temp s little.

A really comfortable night in a nice hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

Lovely staff, warm welcome, nice atmosphere clean room, comfortable beds nice bathroom, nice view and a quiet night's sleep.Great location for us as close to family in Morningside.
Good value . We will definitely be returning as this offered everything we need when visiting family.

Cons:

We liked most aspects of this hotel. The decor is a bit tired in places , but that's not enough to put us off returning.

출장으로 인해 이곳에 묵었음, 호텔은 아주 오래되었으나, 잘 관리되고 있음, 24시간 프론트데스크에 일하고, 매일 침대시트를 갈아주고 수건도 채워줌, 버스정류장이 딱 바로 앞임, 가까운 시내까지는 버스로 3정거장이나 걸어가기엔 조금 멈 식당,바,식료품 모두 있음, 물가 및 가격 대비하면 가성비 아주 훌륭함

As ever great
Pros:

We are frequent guests and have been these past few years.
The Braid Hills Staff are so welcoming and the atmosphere always comfortable and welcoming.

Cons:

As my husband and myself are starting to age a little we would welcome the installation of a lift perhaps within the Hotel? We are starting to find the climb up to our often second or third floor rooms rather difficult. This has nothing to do with the lovely Staff just the building itself.

Defo come again but request room away from motorway view as noisey . Accustic glass wud help .

Séjour Parfait!
Pros:

Hôtel charmant, propre et bien situé. Nous avons eu le plaisir d’être surclassé à notre arrivée dans une belle chambre spacieuse et avec vue.
Le personnel de ménage est très efficace tous les jours et le petit déjeuner est un buffet complet.
Un grand merci à tout le personnel qui est adorable et très serviable, en particulier à Leigh Ann, Eddy and Izzy. Merci !
