The property operates a self-check-in system, and the apartments/units are self-serviced/self-contained. You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email 2 days prior to your arrival, sent at 2 pm. Everything was as advertised. I got the entry details before check-in time, so there was no issue getting in. The studio was small, but had everything I needed and was very close to West Hampstead Station. I requested an off-street room and was accommodated. I didn't hear any street noise or other guests, but the fridge is pretty loud. There was a fan in the wardrobe-- much appreciated when the weather warmed up. It is a walk up, so anyone with mobility issues should keep that in mind. It was perfect for myself, but if I hadn't been travelling alone, I would probably have found it a bit cramped for anything more than sleeping.
The refrigerator noise was my only complaint, but the fan mostly drowned it out.
La stanza che ci è stata assegnata era pulitissima! Dotata di tutto quanto minimamente necessario per cucinare, fuochi elettrici e forno a micronde. Tutto in perfette condizioni. Presente anche bollitore e macchina per il caffè con bustine di tè, caffè solubile e cialde. Fermata dell'underground, dell'overground e della National railway a pochissimi passi. Il centro di Londra si raggiunge in 25/30 minuti massimo. Direi ottimo soggiorno
Great for my overnight stay…close to the station, clean, comfortable, quiet, small kitchen with fridge, tv, key collection instructions were clear..would definitely stay again

Skvělá lokalita hned vedle over/underground na trase do centra (Jubilee line), malý obchůdek, restaurace, bary, kavárny. Apartmán (číslo 2) malý, ale útulný, a velmi čistý. Super rychlý a jasný self check-in. Dobra cena vzhledem k poloze.
Apartmán velmi dobře vybaven - větrák, fén, žehlička, prkno na žehlení, kuchyňské potřeby dostačující, malé šampony a gely jako bonus :)
Postel 140 cm pro dva (a to jsme dvě docela normální holky) s jednou peřinou a s ultra měkkou matraci byla katastrofa. Musim říct, že po celém dnu chození jsem se na relax moc netěšila kvůli té posteli.
V ložnici není okno, a tudíž to může vzbuzovat trochu klaustrofobicke pocity, a velmi těžko se byt větrá, v noci prakticky nemožné pokud nechcete spát s otevřenými dveřmi do dvorku, které jsou (jako jediné) v kuchyni.
Pri rekonstrukci pravděpodobně zapomněli na zvukovou izolaci, protože jde opravdu vše slyšet. Hluk z ulice ale slyšet neni, jelikož je byt situován do dvorku. Byly jsme zde v poměrně chladném týdnu a i tak bylo teplo, takže v létě to tu musí být asi velmi horké.

Purtroppo essendo la finestra rivolta ad ovest batte il sole tutto il pomeriggio e la stanza si scalda moltissimo e la foniatra si può aprire solo in parte. Non c’è aria condizionata, c’è un ventilatore a disposizione degli ospiti che ci ha salvato

Ηταν υπερβολικά ζεστό και ήταν εξοπλισμένο με ένα μικρό ανεμιστήρα ο οποίος δεν ήταν αρκετός, για να δροσιστούμε.

Excellent location. The design is tastefully minimalist. Shower was great.
We were on floor 2 and it was unbearably hot. Only one small fan was provided which was not sufficient for two people. I would hesitate to book in the warmer months unless better, larger fans were provided.
zona ben collegata, appartamento carino a due passi da supermercato e metro, ci sono anche pub e locali, il nostro appartamento era nel seminterrato ed era particolarmente silenzioso quindi ottimo.
Abbiamo gradito la presenza della macchinetta per il caffè con le cialde.
Per 6 giorni è stato un prezzo super conveniente.
La presenza purtroppo di alcune formiche sia sul piano cottura che vicino la porta che portava alla parte fuori del seminterrato.
I primi due giorni sono stati snervanti per questo, inizialmente ci hanno spruzzato uno spray anti formiche ma purtroppo il problema era la presenza di un formicaio non si sa dove che quindi non ha risolto il problema,poi dopo aver di nuovo contattato l’host fortunatamente il giorno dopo ci hanno risolto il problema e non c’era più nulla.
Il letto molto piccolo ad una piazza e mezza per due persone, però alla fine ci si abitua.
Potevano metterci una scopa più grande per spazzare per terra.

I had to search round for the stove power point. It was located on a top cupboard and really hard to reach, impossible for anyone who wasn't tall.
