Soggiorno incantevole
Pros:

La cortesia dello staff, la stanza dotata di una bella vista, comfort e spazi ampi. Il letto inoltre era molto comodo. La colazione davvero ottima, con una scelta molto ricca e variegata, sia sulla proposta continentale che quella tipica tradizionale.

Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent. Everything interesting is within walking distance. The breakfast is good. The staff is very helpful, and my requests were answered promptly. The transfer service was also very good.

Tornerò a Sarajevo e sceglierò nuovamente l'Aziza!
Pros:

Situato a pochi metri dalla Fortezza Gialla e vicinissimo alla piazza centrale (si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti). Colazione salata molto variegata, quella dolce un po' meno ma comunque buona.
Personale molto gentile, stanza accogliente e pulita, letto comodo

Cons:

Il termoconvettore piuttosto rumoroso e il soffione della doccia da regolare

Pros:

Bien que l hôtel se trouve au sommet d'une pente assez raide, il est idéalement situé pour visiter les monuments et lieux les plus intéressants de la ville.
Le staff est très aimable et le le lit est très confortable.
Un parfum très agréable empreigne l hôtel.
Je vous le conseille vivement.

Pros:

Kleines Hotel oberhalb der Altstadt gelegen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Zimmer sind sauber und alles ist sehr neu. Trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum ist alles sehr ruhig.

Pros:

My 3-night stay at Hotel Aziza in Sarajevo (22–25 Feb) was a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is in a great location, especially if you want easy access to the old town and main attractions. The views overlooking the city were beautiful, particularly in the evening.

I felt safe walking alone from the old town back to the hotel in the evenings

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with questions or recommendations.

Breakfast had a good variety and was fresh each morning. The atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and welcoming.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sarajevo and would consider staying again.

В отеле ОЧЕНЬ чисто, хорошо убраны номера приятно пахнет. На фото он выглядит лучше чем в живую, ремонт старый и странный стиль. Но то как все убрано и ухожено сглаживает нелепость интерьера. Расположен отель на горе.

Friendly and welcoming staff, a good breakfast from 7:00, and a nice sauna made our stay enjoyable. Parking is available on the street, but we didn’t experience any issues finding a spot. We arrived late at 4:00 AM, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free.

Pros:

Отличный отель в старом городе, прекрасное расположение и тихая улица.
Уборка каждый день, завтраки очень вкусные и есть из чего выбрать. Персонал приятный, спасибо за хороший опыт, вернемся ещё

Cons:

Единственное, что хочу посоветовать - сделайте химчистку мягкой мебели, запах в номере от сигарет стоит не очень приятный и для некурящих немного дискомфорт доставляет. Ещё добавьте чайные ложки в номер и пару бутылок с водой при заезде.
