Hotrl budżetowy, ale dobra obsługa
Pros:

Podobała mi się lokalizacja, blisko centrum Funchal i Promenady. Łatwy dojazd do i z lotnoska. Miły personel. Po powrocie do pokoju czekała na mnie miła niespodzianka w postaci wina musującego i życzeń urodzinowych. Była też możliwość zjedzenia kolacji w pobliskich restauracjach sieci hoteli Pestana. Szczególnie polecam tę w Pestana Grand.

Cons:

Hotel budżetowy, wymaga nieco remontu, ponieważ wszystko jest już wysłużone. Pozostałe Pestany w lepszym standardzie.

Personal super. Essen/Buffet/HP nur teilweise gut.
Pros:

Freundlichkeit und Engagement des Personals im Speisesaal war absolut top.

Cons:

Studio sehr, sehr abgewohnt. Entspricht allenfalls 2 - 3 Sternen. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass man bei Buchung des Studios seitens der Hotelleitung davon ausgeht, dass der Gast dann ein Upgrade bucht. Das machen dann die meisten Gäste der günstigsten Kategorie auch so.

Personnel très agréable et à l’écoute et envie de bien faire
Pros:

Multiples choix, diversifié chaque matin, par contre un manque de clarté sur les produits ( comme les divers pains : sans gluten…). Manque egalement de produit laitier sans lactose, pour les personnes intolérantes.

Le cadre, la déco et l’ambiance du village.

Cons:

Chambre un peu vieillotte sans clim ni prises électriques.
Restaurant pas assez varié.
La carafe d’eau facturé 5€ à chaque repas… c’est une honte.
Le parking payant.

Great location and room with excellent staff.
Pros:

Reception staff and room allocated excellent. Daily room service and cleaning. Pool/s and gardens well maintained and very clean. Restaurant staff excellent and service very good.

Cons:

Notwithstanding Christmas Eve and Day that was marvelous, the food offering was generally limited. Quality and variety of food especially at b'fast could be improved.

Pros:

The staff were very engaging all the time. Good choice of buffet food for breakfast and dinner. We had a lovely studio with an ocean view. Location and building very authentic to Maderia.

Cons:

Some parts need to be refurbished and well used but all very clean.

First and last time.
Pros:

Bed was excellent and mirrors made "family time" exceptional - enjoy!
Buildings are remarkable, good architecture.
Decorations make good impression.
De-Tox juice in breakfast was good.
Local candies as a gift was very nice - sharing information on local values.

Cons:

Dinner - awful, did not meet even 2 star hostel level: terrible, disappointment for us and disgrace for hotel. We felt for the offer and it was failure: starting from snobbish service and finishing with uneatable desserts.
Female stuff was fair enough, but mail stuff was narcissistic, arrogant, unwelcome, even a bit rude.
Breakfast was almost edible, but ... coffee was like dishwasher rinse water, there was no tea to replace as well.
Nice to have calmares-rings in breakfast, but not much use as there was no lemon juice to dress them - makes no sense.
Excellent to have sparkling wine in breakfast, but to find included in price drink among alcohol for payment makes this trick unfair: this way majority of customers did not know that it is included and hotel saved money while could earn more points by this.
Too much savings on little, but important things .,.. ketchup - why to have for 100 customers 4-6 little 4g packages? Does this saving makes hotel more wealthy?
A den of misers - stinginess ruined everything.

Kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage ist top,der hoteleigene Garten traumhaft.
Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit
Frühstück- und Abendbuffett sehr lecker und umfangreich.Alles wurde zeitnah immerwieder nachgefüllt ,schmutziges Geschirr schnell abgeräumt.
Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen,aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört.
Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen.
Auch die Musikdarbietungen am Abend haben uns gut gefallen

Cons:

Durch die offenen Türen nach draussen,verirrte sich die ein oder andere Taube in den Speisesaal.
Das Personal hat sich jedoch meistens bemüht,diese wieder nach draußen zu scheuen.

Vielleicht könnte man hier Abhilfe schaffen.
Trotzdem würde ich wieder einen Urlaub in diesem Hotel verbringen

Vandring och bad på vacker ö.
Pros:

Lugnet, poolområdena och maten. Precis vid en busshållplats. Bra att personalen tar bort handdukar om gäster ”reserverar” solstol och inte är vid poolen. Det var härligt med tillgång till hela området för Hotell Miramar och Pestana Village Garden.

Cons:

Lite känsla av stormatsal.

Bon hôtel familial dans le centre de Funchal
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé à proximité du centre de Funchal. Il dispose d'un parking payant. L'hôtel est très bien pour les familles avec une option buffet et plusieurs piscines.

Cons:

La qualité du buffet est vraiment limite. Et la chambre est toute petite pour 4 personnes (avec simplement deux lits ajoutés dans le salon).
