Pros:

the recept is exceptionally nice and helpful and willing to offer her assistance as and when we needed. really appreciate all her help.

Cons:

Location is a bit out from places we like to visit, and plan changed due to hotel location with tips offered by the receptionist.

Good stay but service repair could be faster and not left us in the dark for 3 hours
Pros:

Convenient location with food and supermarket nearby. No breakfast but next to Reception there are coffee machines and water bottles.

Cons:

Twice they forgot to clean our room. 3 guests but sometimes given 2 towels. Last day electric power failure. Reception guy came but didn’t know where the circuit breaker is. So we could not take our morning bath. Check out earlier to airport.

Bref c’était une catastrophe j’ai essayé de faire une demàde d’annulation sans frais évidemment et malheureusement elle
Pros:

Le personnel d’accueil était d’une incroyable amabilité. Ils ont vraiment essayé de faire au mieux pour répondre aux demande malgré l’énorme et gargantuesque manque de moyen qui leur son mit à disposition. Vraiment le personnel d’accueil était le gros point positif de cet hôtel et c’est ce qui leur sauve.
L’eau, machine à café, machine à glaçons mit à disposition dans le hall d’accueil. La literie était plutôt confortable.

Cons:

Chambre Sale, draps pas propres, bouteille d’eau vide dans le placard et placard sales même pas utilisable. Quand il y a des placards ou de quoi ranger ses affaires, trace d’excréments sur les murs des toilettes, très bruyants, poussière et cheveux des anciens clients dans les toilettes.

It matched my expectations and was good value for money
Pros:

Lots of unsophisticated restaurants and food outlets in the area, had a bath in the bathroom, very quiet - I really did not hear anybody or traffic on the 9th floor. I was able to extend checkout until 18.00 for 30,000 Wan which was very reasonable. WIFI was good and Free. Great value for money

Cons:

The metro station was a 15 minute walk away (although there are frequent busses to take you to the metro). You had to ask for rooms to be cleaned the night before.
