出張先に近い
近くにコンビニ、マイバスケットがある

以前は快適なベッドで良かったが、マットが傾いていて以前より寝心地が悪くなっていた

The hotel was very clean and tidy. I especially want to mention ピュレイ at reception front desk (23:30 of 20 oct), who was really kind and helpful. I had a problem with my key card because it had stopped working, and she helped me sort everything out. She also explained everything clearly during check-in. I arrived quite late, but the hotel has a 24-hour reception, and when I contacted them through Booking.com beforehand, they replied reassuringly and told me not to worry. I really appreciated their kindness and the peace of mind they gave me. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Pros:

誤って喫煙室にしてしまったが、タバコ臭さが気にならなかった。

Cons:

チェックイン前にフロントに荷物を預かって貰い、チェックイン時に受け取ろうとしたら「無い」と言われた。
前任者が部屋に入れたらしいが、引き継ぎがされておらず、暫く不安だった。

足の裏がかゆく感じます。

なぜ毎日新しいタオルを用意していただけないのでしょうか？

Pros:

フロントで施設についてわからないところを丁寧に教えていただき、不自由なく、快適に過ごすことができました。

Cons:

個人的な意見なのですが、今回ツインルームを使用してお風呂とトイレが別々でとても良かったです。ですが、脱衣所にドア等の仕切りがなかったため、お風呂から上がって着替える時に鏡や同室している人に見えてしまうのが恥ずかしいと感じました。カーテンでもいいので、1枚あった方が良いのではないかと思いました。
