Fabulous location with best access to public transport.
Pros:

Great location, walk straight off the train into your hotel, restaurants inside as well. Didn’t have to go out into the cold/snow.

Cons:

No tea/coffee facilities. Have to pay extra is a bit ridiculous.

Whilst the hotel is looking a little tired in places we would still happily stay there again.
Pros:

The location was perfect, central and all transport links easily accessible. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

On arrival we had been allocated a split level room with offset steep metal steps leading to the bed upstairs, it was quite frankly dangerous. We had not seen any reference to this on making the booking and checking my paperwork there was no mention of the stairs, I consider myself a mature and fit person but there was no way I was going to risk the stairs at night time for frequent visits to the bathroom downstairs. We returned to the reception and requested a room on one level and we were promptly allocated a different room. People should be made aware of some rooms having steep steps to a split level.

Good overall but only if get nice room with windiw view.
Pros:

Barception area with maps, tables & seating. Cool bar vibe. Breakfast was great fresh selection & service very efficient.

Cons:

First room very small, bad location long distance from lifts & poor view over roof & aircon condenser. Moved to larger room with lovely big arch window overlooking square.

Very convenient location
Pros:

Location was excellent. The hotel abuts the Oslo Central Station and is located directly opposite Karl Johans Gate, a major pedestrian street which leads to many shops and restaurants and the Royal Palace. Our Superior Double room was comfortable. Included breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The entrance to the hotel reception is through a restaurant and is not very well signed.
