Pros:

The staff are very helpfull. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast good value for money and everything was fresh and many things to choose from.
Location was good near the Arc de Triomph subway 8min by walk. We bought the TMobilitat familiar ticket and we traveled around on buses and tram.

Cons:

Nil to complain.
