デュッセルドルフの我が家見たいです。
Pros:

今回で３度目の宿泊でした、グランドフロアもとてもオシャレとても気に入っています、
バスルームに湯船があり海外で湯船に浸かれとても癒されます、
部屋にケトルがあるのもとても嬉しいです、冷蔵庫完備の部屋もあります、
ベッドも枕も清潔でふかふかです。。
朝食も豊富で満足感あります。

Cons:

ルームクリーニングが基本ありません、
お願いするとしてくれました、連泊だと不安に
なりました。

Pros:

Gute Ausgangslage um Düsseldorf Altstadt, Rheinpromenade alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frühstück ausreichend, alles da und lecker.
Zimmer für 1 Nacht absolut in Ordnung. Für mehrere Nächte wäre es für uns zu klein.

Sehr sauberes und angenehmes Hotel in guter Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotelpersonal war überaus freundlich und wir durften nach einer langen Irrfahrt mit der Bahn etwas früher einchecken. Vielen Dank dafür. Auch unser kleiner Hund war für 10 € die Nacht sehr willkommen. Er bekam an der Rezeption sogar ein Leckerli, was uns als Besitzer natürlich sehr gefreut hat. Denn so hatten wir wirklich das Gefühl, dass unser Wauwi herzlich willkommen war. Wir bewohnten das Zimmer 150 im unteren Flur. Alles war sehr sauber und freundlich. Wir waren angenehm vom Gesamtbild dieses Hotels überrascht. Danke - gerne wieder!!!

Die Steckdose an der linken Bettseite ist defekt.

Otelin adına bakıp aldanmayın maalesef verilen hizmetler ve bina buna hiç uygun değil .
Konumu fena değil Mart-2026 da Bolt/Uber 12Euro ya havaalanından otele geçebiliyorsunuz.
Civarda güzel akşam yemeği için yerler var. Biz İtalyan Lokantası Restaurant da noi yi tercih ettik mükemmeldi .
Merkez tren istasyonu 2 durak uzaklıkta .... lokasyon bilgileri bu şekilde ,

Don't be fooled by the hotel's name; unfortunately, the services and the building itself don't live up to expectations.
The location isn't bad; in March 2026, you can get from the airport to the hotel by Bolt/Uber for 12 Euros.

There are nice places for dinner nearby. We chose the Italian restaurant Restaurant da noi, and it was excellent. The central train station is two stops away... these are the location details.

Otelin Mart-2026 durumu ile , acilen bakıma ihtiyacı var.Birkaç örnek vermek gerekirse WC ler de rezervuar bozuk sürekli takılıyor , duvar boyaları oda ve otel içerisinde çok yerde deforme olmuş dökülmüş , 3 gün konakladık odamızda temizlik hizmeti olmadı , oda da ilk girişte havlu lar yoktu telefonla rica ettik... yarım saat bekleyip gelmeyince biz inip teslim aldık , yataklar eskilikten çökmüş durumda konforlu bir uyku olmuyor ,oda kapı kartını eksik gün yazmışlar gece kapıda kaldık gidip güncelleme yaptırdık yani otel içerisinde bekle in çık ... açıkcası bu konum ve fiyatta başka konaklama yerleri mevcut bir daha geldiğimizde kesinlikle tercih etmeyeceğiz. Belki otel cevap yazar kusura bakmayın tekrar bekleriz falan filan diye o nedenle güzel kelimeler değil hizmeti iyileştirseler sanki daha olumlu olur diye düşünüyorum.

The hotel, as of March 2026, urgently needs maintenance. To give a few examples, the toilet cisterns are broken and constantly malfunctioning, the paint on the walls is deformed and peeling in many places in the rooms and throughout the hotel, there was no cleaning service in our room during our 3-day stay, there were no towels in the room upon arrival, we requested them by phone... after waiting half an hour and they didn't arrive, we went down and got them ourselves, the beds are sagging from age and do not provide comfortable sleep, they wrote the wrong number of days on the room key card and we were locked out at night, we had to go and get it updated... in short, we had to wait and wait inside the hotel. Frankly, there are other places to stay in this location and at this price, and we will definitely not choose this hotel again. Perhaps the hotel will respond with an apology, hoping to see you again, etc., but I think improving the service would be more positive than just using nice words.
