Elegante struttura in posizione strategica per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città. Camera spaziosa e accogliente, bagno funzionale e fornito di tutto ciò che serve (per un tocco in più suggerisco body lotion e magari spazzolino da denti). Tutto molto pulito, materasso stracomodo. Accesso semplice con telecomando, buona colazione. Staff giovane e disponibile, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Cons:

Peccato per i muri scrostati in bagno, immagino dovuti al fatto che si tratti di un palazzo antico

Pros:

The location is excellent , right near the river and near many sites. It's on the third floor of a beautiful old building with massive doors. It's very characteristic of Florence. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Water. Coffee, tea and fruit all available all the time. The room was the biggest we've had,spacious, warm and comfortable. Netflix available for a quiet evening in. Spare pillows and duvets. Really perfect!

Staff super cordiale!! La suite era davvero stupenda, pulita e spaziosa! Colazione molto variegata (dolce, salata) con ampia scelta di frutta secca.
La posizione della struttura è perfetta in quanto di trova a meno di 5 minuti dal pieno centro di Firenze.

Cons:

Nel buffet della colazione mancavano le pinze per prendere i cornetti e il pane ma forse è stata solo una dimenticanza

Breakfast is nice, staffs are nice & helpful. I will come back again.
Pros:

The room is excellent. Massive space to chill after walking around the city.

Cons:

A bit difficult to find the entrance because the name of the hotel name outside of the building is quite small. Not easy to notice it especially after sunset.
