Great place to stay: great location.
Pros:

From my phone call from the Tube to let them know that I was going to be much later checking in due to airline delays, San at the Desk, was very helpful. I arrived at the hotel around 11 pm exhausted. She couldn’t have been more helpful.

The front desk was helpful in booking me a taxi to Heathrow, and helping with the timing of when to leave for Terminal 4.

Additionally, my room was great: nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. And, the restaurant next door is one of my favorites in the neighborhood.

Superb location, friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed. Not able to set the room temperature
Pros:

The location was really really good. Pretty close to a lot of historic sites and other touristic places. A lot of good restaurants in the neighborhood, so it was very easy to find somewhere to eat or have snacks or coffee.
The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable too.
The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We called the reception desk to get help several times during our stay, and they quickly sent someone to address our needs.
The laundry room was also very clean and we were able to use it several times.

Cons:

The room ventilation system was set to "heat" only and the thermostat was not working and we were not able to choose the room temperature. You can imagine how would be the room temperature in the Spring!

We stayed for 7 nights. There was one night that the room temperature was going up every minute and reached 27.6 degrees Celsius, and was basically hard to breathe in the room anymore.

The only solution the hotel offered was to open the windows. And we had to call the reception to send someone to open and close the windows every time. With the windows open during the night in the middle of the city, we had to deal with the loud noises of buses and other cars and motor cycles in the street.

Prima verblijf in centraal Londen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede kamers. Perfecte centrale locatie, dichtbij meerdere metrolijnen. Goede prijs kwaliteit.

Pros:

Toplocatie in London, vlak aan St Paul's Cathedral. Geen supergrote kamer, maar alles aanwezig om een goede uitvalsbasis te hebben voor een citytrip in London. Er staat een machine op de gang, waar waterflesjes gratis bijgevuld kunnen worden, wat ook wel een leuke extra was.

Cons:

We hadden een kamer aan de straatkant, en de geluidsisolatie was niet top. Daarenboven was de temperatuur op de kamer zeer warm (25 gr Celsius), maar het was niet mogelijk om de airco aan te zetten (centraal geregeld dat er enkele verwarming is in de winter, en enkel airco in de zomer). Hierdoor hebben we het raam de hele trip moeten laten open staan, wat natuurljk voor nog meer geluidsoverlast van de straat gegeven heeft.

Pros:

Excellent location for anyone wanting to explore central London. Many of London’s famous landmarks are within walking distance. The rooms were a good size and very clean.

The staff also made an extra effort to keep our group on the same floor, which we really appreciated. Marriana, Louise, and Oscar were especially helpful.

Thank you for going the extra mile to make us feel so welcome.

Cons:

One of the lifts was not working consistently during our stay, which meant that only one lift was available for all the guests in such a large hotel. This sometimes caused delays.

Also, my room was initially not provided with a fridge, but the staff arranged one for me promptly after I asked, which I appreciated.
