Uiteindelijk goed, maar de kamer aan de straatkant moet aangepast worden.
Pros:

De tweede kamer die we kregen was uitstekend.

Cons:

De eerste kamer lag aan de straat. Het was enorm rumoerig, het raam stond permanent open en kon niet dicht. Het was bloedheet in de kamer omdat de thermostaat nog op de winterstand stond en maar heel langzaam naar beneden ging.

Good hotel with reasonable accommodation. Would visit again
Pros:

A great location, even the smallest room felt comfy. A good breakfast and the staff were very nice

Cons:

One of the lifts was not working so it was a hassle to get to the room, but we managed. The breakfast was kind of sluggish.

Pros:

A really nice hotel and beautifully designed. I loved my room. It was very well appointed with everything I could want or need for a short stay. I particularly loved the bed. It was extremely comfortable and the pillows were perfect. I did not want to get up in the morning. The mini bar was also very nice with some unusual things. I did not have a chance to sample anything but I am sure I would have if I had stayed longer.

Cons:

Minor thing which I accept for the location was the street noise. I ended up using ear plugs and would recommend bringing some, it that would be an issue. I am also not a fan of self check in and check out. Unlike interacting with staff. However staff were also there to help so I went with my preference and the staff were lovely.

J’avais précisé qu’on serait 3, un lit n’était pas prêts. Cela a été rectifié dans la journée !

Pros:

De kamer was super fijn! Ruime kamers met allerlei voorzieningen. Zelfs een strijkijzer en -plank waren aanwezig.
Het bed lag heerlijk.

Cons:

Het airco/verwarmingsysteem was wat lastig te bedienen.
Vlakbij St. Andrew's, wat fijn is, maar de kerkklokken waren erg goed te horen.

Comfy, well located, spacious. Recommended
Pros:

For central London, the room was spacious, comfortable and had a good size bed with quality linen. The location was excellent and even though it was on a busy road, the sound proofing was good.

Cons:

The e-key system didn't seem to work properly, but it was no problem as we reverted to a standard hotel credit card key.
