Pros:

Great place to stay. The rooms are very comfortable, and the layout is well planned. Even though it is located in the party area, the external noise is not that bad. But be conscious you are staying in a busy area.

Hezký hotel za rozumné peníze na výborném místě.
Pros:

Výborná lokalita v centru, perfektní a vstřícný personál. Výborná snídaně. Určitě když budu zase v Bangkoku, tak si tento hotel vyberu.

A simple good place
Pros:

Stayed there for 5nights in January what a wonderful a reasonably priced gem 4 star hotel at quite end of busy Soi 11. A really helpful mix of staff.
Beer greetings to u lead reception staff who helped us to sort taxi out for Pattaya a polite and courteous young lady and rest of reception staff.
Aom and Pear who became friendly with my wife and took good care of us. Good quality breakfast compared to other 4 star establishments.
A young man called Jonny a house keeping man was very efficient friendly and courteous Thank you Jonny. When we visit Bangkok we will be staying with you again :)

Good Hotel, Good Reception Staff - BUT HOUSE CLEAN SERVICE HIGHLY UNSAFE
Pros:

I arrived and stayed at CITRUS in March. The reception staff was very cooperative and helpful. I stayed with my family for 3 days (03 - 06 March). We had a packed schedule with day long city tours and events.

We had an early morning flight on 6th morning, so we quickly packed and checked out early morning. It is only when we came back and checked our bags, we found things missing -
(A) New pair of TShirts,
(B) an 8 pocket trouser, and
(C) US$ 300 from wallet, which was in the briefcase in between the clothes.

All of these were securely packed, zipped-up the brief case, and stood them up.

Unless someone opens the briefcase and finds them, it cannot be taken out. I 100% believe that house clean people have done this theft.

I recommend that anyone staying at CITRUS, while all other staff is very very helpful, dont trust the house clean people, dont keep cash in the room. and always lock your suitcase/breifcase and scroll the numbers.

Dear CITRUS Management - Please note of this complaint, and take necessary action.

Quiet little cosy hotel tucked out of the way.
Pros:

Quiet little hotel tucked a few streets back from the main areas. Overall was a good stay and easy to walk to from the train as I did from the airport, only about 10mins.

Cons:

Maybe tucked a little further from the main areas than i would of hoped for but besides that its fine.
