Mic dejun mediu, amanunte legate de confortul camerei, gen la dus , pe balcon mina curenta nu este fixata bine,
L'albergo è pulito ed elegante, le camere sono ampie e dotate di tutti i comfort, così come il bagno.
Il letto molto comodo.
Non c'erano opzioni senza glutine a colazione.
Il tassista chiamato dal receptionist dell'albergo per portarmi in stazione mi ha truffato, facendomi fare un giro molto più lungo del necessario e chiedendomi più soldi, nonostante le mie proteste. Il tassista non parlava inglese ed era impossibile comunicare, per cui alla fine sono stato costretto ad accettare la tariffa. Davvero un pessimo servizio.
Non fidatevi dell'hotel per i trasferimenti, piuttosto organizzatevi per conto vostro e concordate prima la tariffa.
It was clean and the rooms are big and the bed is comfortable. They have a pool ( which was out of order when we stayed, a bit disappointed about that!) they have a sauna , steam and a Turkish bath here which can be booked. The front reception staff were amazing! Very friendly and so helpful. They all do a great job. Thanks guys !
The breakfast (we only had breakfast) - not too much choice for British people, which was a bit disappointing. Although they did make omelette which was good , otherwise I would have been hungry. The staff at the spa behind the desk were not welcoming at all, a little bit rude.
Location was close to the fair I was attending and I a great lunch at the restaurant.
There was some funny smell around the area of the hotel, like there was some animal farm around the location and it wasn’t pleasant. Inside the hotel was smelling good though.

The staff were very kind, but the hotel was old and outdated. A hotel I used to visit regularly has unfortunately become very disappointing. Even as a returning customer, I did not notice any improvements. There was too much noise, the prices were extremely high, and the room cleanliness was insufficient. I definitely added this hotel to the list of places I would never stay at again.
