الشقه من الداخل جيده ونظيفه وعداها غير جيد

المكان سيئ بطريق مزدحم جدا ولا نستطيع النوم من الأصوات المزعجه بالشارع طوال الليل

مدخل العماره قديم وغير نظيف ومظلم ورائحته سيئة ويختلف كثيرا عن الصور كما انه لا يوجد مصعد والشقه كانت بالدور الثاني والتواصل مع اداره العماره ضعيف حيث انهم في مبنى آخر ولا يوجدون فيه بل يتم الاتصال بهم ومع شخص لا يجيد اللغه الانجليزيه

Recommended for family stay in Nice
Pros:

It is centrally located, many shops and restaurants around. Extremely convenient. 5 mins walk to beach promenade, 10 mins to Old Town. The kitchen is well equipped, well lighted . Cleanliness is acceptable . Overall good choice for family stay in Nice

Cons:

Not recommended if you are light sleeper. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor so the noise from the restaurants below the apartment can be a bit disturbing. They close quite late, close to midnight

Cons:

First impression of the entrance hallway / stairs which did not reflect the lovely apartment. Pillows hard, fridge tipped forward if there items stored on the door

Très satisfait de se logement, très certainement une prochaine fois
Pros:

Logement en très bon état et super bien équipé et spacieux.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant la nuit (restaurant sous les fenêtres). Mais c'est un compromis acceptable vu qu'il est tres bien situé et parfait pour le reste.

Honestly, everything was perfect. I couldn’t find anything that needed improvement. The location, facilities, cleanliness, and overall experience exceeded my expectations

Super eingerichtete Ferienwohnung direkt in belebter Umgebung. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen etc. alles vorhanden. 5 Minuten bis zur Promenade.

Good apartment in central location.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Right in the centre of things. We didn't experience any noise (2 bed apt on 2nd floor, with bunk beds).

Cons:

The code on the door to collect the keys was incorrect and the people who had the keys left with them didn't seem to know anything about it which was worrying at the time. There needs to be a better check in system to collect keys. There isn't much sunlight, dark inside. It's not a place where I would spend a lot of time in. Good as a base to sleep.

Pros:

Super beliggenhet med bakeri rett over gata, og butikk rett rundt hjørnet. Sentralt med gåavstand til det meste. Godt utstyrt leilighet.
