My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I booked and paid for a Superior Twin Room, but upon arrival, we were downgraded to a cramped Economy Twin Room without any explanation or compensation.
To make matters worse, the receptionist demanded an extra €20 in cash simply because only one guest's name was on the reservation, even though a twin room is inherently meant for two people. When I asked her to show me the hotel policy justifying this fee, she couldn't provide any proof. Instead, she gave us a completely unacceptable ultimatum: either pay the €20 cash immediately or cancel our non-refundable booking and lose all our money.
We were forced to pay under duress just to have a place to sleep. This "bait and switch" tactic and extortionate behavior are completely unprofessional and feel like a scam. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this hotel!
